I think that's why NBC should seriously consider making a sequel. I don't want to see this shit bastardized and cheapened on something like BET. Freaking NBC is always desperate for viewers and they don't have anything on even close to as ground breaking as different world. I would love to see a sequel show that is based on the modern historical black college experience. Especially with the shit going on right now in the black community. We are dealing with the same problems and issues that we were dealing with back then. I mean seriously... Black kids don't have anything on right now that says... Wow college looks ok. I wonder if Debbie Allen would even consider doing it.
I know a few years ago Debbie Allen hinted a reboot,but I guess she changed her mind or something else happened

That was hilarious.. This was a really good show that broke a lot of barriers and did a lot of good in our community. Unfortunately because of The Cosby situation it just further pushes the agenda to bury it with everything good that Bill Cosby ever did.
