Nevada caucuses results: Donald Trump wins Latino vote
Yeah, that's gonna make a difference. What he won was a minuscule amount of the Latino population. In a GE, different outcome.

Nevada caucuses results: Donald Trump wins Latino vote
No he doesnt....Cactinos, y'all were saying? He don't have the Latino vote right?
Trump has been saying crazy shit for years. Lets not forget he started the birther movement. Can you believe that shit?![]()

you're not basing this idea on any historical precedent, information, facts, or recent events. Obama won TWICE in a ROW, remember? what, he didnt piss off those "so many people" before now? those supposed people ARENT ENOUGH to elect a president in the general. and lets face it, REPUBLICANS hate Trump.
http://thefederalist.com/2016/02/22/why-donald-trump-cant-win-the-white-house/
republicans BEEN known they couldnt take the white house with someone like Cruz, how in the hell is a Trump going to get moderates to vote for him?
The GOP’s biggest problem is that Democrats start with 246 electoral votes
As Republicans gear up to “take back the White House” conservatives need to be aware of one startling fact: in 2012 if Romney had won the three swing states of Ohio, Florida, and Virginia, he still would have lost the election.
If you want to explore this new reality, check out www.270towin.com. There you can play around with the interactive map and plot out your favorite candidate’s path to 270.
For instance, let’s look at Wisconsin, with its 10 electoral votes. Every four years the Republican mindset says Wisconsin will be a swing state. Then, a few months into the campaign the state loses it’s coveted “battleground” status as polls begin to show its “blue” reality. The truth is that not since 1984, when Reagan won in a landslide against Walter Mondale, has Wisconsin seen red.

even Karl FUCKING Rove knows Trump cant win. yeah, THAT Karl Rove, who got George Dumbass Dubya SELECTED twice, and couldnt concede Ohio to Obama in 2012.

and hell, i keep telling folks the way the republicans caucus means Trump MIGHT NOT get the nomination.
That said, if Republican leadership have any opportunity to usurp Trump's momentum and keep him from being the 2016 Republican Party nominee, they will do it. The crowded field, the primary rules, and the preferences of many in the party mean it's a real possibility.

yall were the same way in 2008 and 2012 with McCain and Romney, letting fear and ignorance (and maybe liquor and blow) get yall all bitch made about this. politics aint football, there is a real history and science to this.
Yeah. 'Experts' keep saying things aren't possible and shit keeps happening. I remember when it was that trump didn't stand a chance in primaries. Now that he's winning, it's he can't win the general. Meanwhile, the cacs voting for him keep talking anger. It goes across all demographics of cacs.
Between the uninspiring and hated Hillary and the anger Trump taps into, anything is possible in the general. People are thinking 2008 and 12 when they should be thinking 2004. Just a 'blah' democratic candidate who got beat by an incompetent during a failed war. Kerry wasn't even has hated as Hillary and still lost. Polls are laughable because it's been proven Trump polls low because people don't like to admit they voting for him.
This shit is a trainwreck.
Nervous because this country is racist and they "want their country back"??? We know the score. White people want to turn back the clock.

Cactinos, y'all were saying? He don't have the Latino vote right?
But of the 1,573 Republican voters polled in Nevada, only 125 – or 8 percent of the electorate– identified as Latino. So critics said the sample was too small to be accurate. The margin of error for such a small sample is 10 percent.

Hillary is probably going to choose Julian Castro as her VP candidate. Trump not winning winning the Latino vote in the GE.
He would be an excellent choice.
Don't know how many times this has to be explained. It's simple math. It ain't got shit to do with what no pundits say. If you have studied politics you notice Republicans have been losing ground Electoral-ly for over a decade. They start out with a huge disadvantage, no matter who is on the ticket. And Trump isn't the candidiate that's going to change that.
I've asked a couple of times for someone to give me a realistic map Trump has to the White House with the groups he's already alienated.
Crickets.
Completely different deal. There is no comparison to be made between 2004 and 2016. Bush was a sitting President in 2004. It's damn near impossible to unseat a sitting president if you don't have a confluence of the events and a truly special candidate. The president of the united states has a bully pulpit and a mandate from the people. Trump ain't a sitting president.
To your other point about Trump making it this far: if you have followed politics and not the media narrative, there is actually nothing surprising about Trump being the front runner. The Republican party doesn't exist anymore as a national party. Bush and Cheney started the fracturing and the old head party leaders lost it for good 7 years ago when they let the Tea Pary co-opt their platform because they hated Obama.
It grew like a wildfire, pushing out all the old establishment Republicans in favor of guys like Rubio, and Cruz who never would have won seats otherwise.
Trump didn't run in 2012 because he knew he couldn't beat Romney. He knew he could beat Bush, Rubio and Cruz, Carson, Fiorina, Christie...
The Republican field was a joke in 2012, it's even worse this time around. To put it in football terms, he is the best player on a 2-14 team.
They didn't want their country back in 2012?
Nevada caucuses results: Donald Trump wins Latino vote
keep telling yourself that.............the real america about to be exposed sooncalm down most conservatives i know aren't voting if he wins the nom anyway
LOL @ ya'll thinking Trump cannot win in the general election
Ya'll clearly are underestimating all the racist/bigots in this country
Look at the raw number of total votes
Republicans have been coming out in RECORD numbers to vote in these primary's & caucuses
In Nevada alone....
Trump = 33,380 total votes
Hillary = 6,316 total votes
Bernie = 5,678 total votes
Same thing in Iowa & New Hampshire also
Republicans have been showing up at the polls in record numbers to vote
If Hillary gets the nom, I know a bunch of people might not even vote...especially young people b/c they can't stand her ass
The only reason it seems that way bruh is because trump is an anomoly and he says what people.think and cant say. No new racist have popped up all of a sudden. They are the same motherfuckers whose asses Obama kicked twice...Oh yeah the got some racist making up to do after Obama got in office. I really do hope I'm wrong about this but it seems like racism is overruling common sense here. Trump actually getting to this point should have never fucking happened. Imagine if Barack Obama said half of the shit Trump says man they would have black balled his ass a long time ago.
Yep.... Gotta read beyond the headlines...Yeah only 800 showed up to vote that's not good for the Republicans
as far as politics go, that was the most gangsterist shit ever spoken from one opponent to another.I agree about the GE. Romney at one point looked like he had a chance then got waxed when all was said and done. That "please proceed governor" didn't help lol
as far as politics go, that was the most gangsterist shit ever spoken from one opponent to another.

who this muthafucka will choose as his running mate has got me holding in an uncontrollable laughter.....

It's a startYeah only 800 showed up to vote that's not good for the Republicans

Sanders greatest strength, arguably, is the perception that he is trustworthy. His decades-long message is perfect for our current political climate but many polls indicate his biggest advantage over Clinton is the perception that he is trustworthy. That's where you make your mistake.
It wouldn't be a primary where everyone is watching debates and are really engaged in the process.
These are people that will get most of their knowledge about a candidate by sound bites from ads and quick mentions on TV.
All they'll really know about Sanders is that he's the guy they've heard 24/7 for five months is a socialist and is going to raise their taxes. And with trust in politcians at an all time low, what people are going to happy to give up more tax money for a politicians's promises?
Remember, you're dealing with moderates.
We're fucked now, I just buried our luck!

Yea, and this is disturbing if you're a dem considering young people determined the last two presidential elections.
He's alienated Latinos, blacks, and the gays... Best believe he ain't winning shit. He may win their nomination, but he won't win the Presidency.
Sanders greatest strength, arguably, is the perception that he is trustworthy. His decades-long message is perfect for our current political climate but many polls indicate his biggest advantage over Clinton is the perception that he is trustworthy.
Also, views on capitalism and socialism are changing rapidly... On this, too, if you check the polls, Sanders is in a much better position than you think. And the misconception that independent voters are moderates has been widely debunked-- Voters ideologies are moving further from the center than ever, which is why Trump and Sanders are having so much success now.
yall REALLY shouldnt talk politics.
Trump is winning against other republicans in RED STATES, in the PRIMARY.
this shit has NOTHING to do with and NO BEARING ON the general election.
Trump CAN NOT WIN the general. he has NO PATH. he DOES NOT HAVE THE NUMBERS, THE COALITION, and CERTAINLY isnt taking blue states from the democrats.
http://www.270towin.com/
the democrat starts with 217 votes in the pocket, and only needs a few states to win, states that have gone for the democrat 4 out of the last 6 elections. Trump is viewd as a pariah even among republicans, who are experiencing LOWER THAN NORMAL turnouts, as their enthusiasm is LOW. there IS NO BASE to fire up for them. we're looking at the END of republican presidents. you cannot win with angry white men alone, and ANYONE saying Black folks wont vote for Hillary Clinton is INSANE. Black folks WILL hold the party line, as we have done for the past 55 years.
yall dont know shit about politics, and are ginning up fear rather than informed discussion.
this shit is shaping up to be Carter vs Ford.
Such a program is a hit with people who feel the SYSTEM FUCKED them...That they may be. Show me the last politician that won on a platform that they were going to raise everyone's taxes....
