yeah this is some old shit...I remember a few years ago in Toronto we had a vendor "Epic burgers and waffles" selling "Cronut burgers" at a Fair and it caused a massive outbreak of food poisioning..

they found out later that it wasn't the actual cronut buns that caused it....it was the maple bacon jam that was being used in the Burger but still to this day that stigma follows Cronuts here...a lot of people still won't fuck with Cronuts because of that
