What makes people think waiting until the election means anything unless they win or the dems take over the senate.

Both Bernie Sanders and Hillary's camp should float the idea that if the selection isn't made and confirmed and they win they will nominate Obama to the court...:giggle:

These fools (Mich Mcconnell, Trump, Rubio, Cruz) just said they don't even want to go through the process, until the next president
Not just voting NO to whoever Obama nominates.... These fools want to block the whole entire process... not even giving the Senate a chance to even vote at all
