According to the news outlets, because the Senate is in recess until February 22nd, Presodent Obama could actually name a successor to Justice Scalia without needing a Senate confirmation because they are in recess through an executive order. The GOP is going to go Ape Shit!

He has 8 days to do this and circumvent the Senate especially if he knows they are not going to confirm his choice.

They are a very conservative, right leaning paper.

There will be a lot of this going on now to try to scare and rally there base against Obama.
