Years ago, I would have easily said Halle. But with everything that has gone down with her personal life such as chastising Black men, being a cac-breeder, and inability to stay married, her value has plummeted.
I use to follow Tiara on MySpace back in the day. She used to say she wasn't ready for anything serious but said she encounters good, well-to-do Black men all the time and couldn't understand the difficulty in finding one.

People in here going to hate on Halle, because she's rich, comes off as crazy, she's hollywood, and now dates non black men. But the OP I believe is asking based on looks, not lifestyle. Plus really not fair to present nudes of Tiara which blinds people on here. Halle by a landslide, I've seen woman that look like Tiara daily.
And I seen women who look as good or better than Halle working as a cashier in any shopping mall in NJ daily as well. Halle got her props or claim to fame because she was and still is one the finest black woman we seen on the small and big screen in the 90's. So between Tiara and Halle I'll rate them the same in looks, but body wise, it's Tiara.
