Wait, did the deputy shoot in the direction of a gas station?
He pointed the gun earlier at the cops before he walked away.
If several witnesses are correct that he pointed the gun at them....then getting shot would be justified.
IF. But please forgive me if I don't believe that shit. That's all the EVER have to say to get off. What I saw was a man walking away and getting shot. And being shot more as he tried to crawl away.
