I can't see it because I can't view flash on my phone, but I can understand that statement, and I see no cost for outrage. Prejudice is much easier to prove than racism. When walking down a dark street and you see someone in a dark hoodie walking toward you you make a conscious decision to either continue walking or flee or across the street. That is prejudice, but it is also a method of self protection. That person might be just someone cold on their way to work. They could also be someone up to no good

He simply said he rarely experienced racist where people thought they were superior or hated another race. Will said he would never work for any company like that and when he came in contact with people like that he immediately left.

See this is the shit that sounds better than it actually is... First of all, unless your picking up guns and doing real shit, your not fighting for the people... All that marching, in actuality isn't shit but pleading to white folks, basically begging them to stop.. Now I will say it exposes a lot of shit thats going down and this often forces the political hands of politicians, but even this effect is marginal...
I don't knock people who do the protest thingy, because they are needed and part of the solution, however lets not kid ourselves into thinking they are doing more than whats really going on, and please lets not confuse what they are doing to actually fighting...
I say all of this to say this, everyone may have a different role into helping our people, for example someone like Wil may or rather should be doing things such as opening up trade schools or factories such as metal shops, where he could train inner city kids to learn how to work on certain types of machines, or how about making a school training the youth to drive trucks..
Because marching on the streets is fine, but unless we have skills and money in our pockets to back up the threats, tell me how different is that from begging?
So before you call a brother a coon for not getting out in the streets, find out what he's really doing for our people, if nothing they why not demand that he help out or even start the programs we need then demand their assistance, to me its a lot wiser than alienating them by labeling them as coons and sell outs..
At the end we have to realize that there are many different shoes to wear int he struggle and while people like Wil may not be able to physically go out in the streets, there should be other options for them to help out..
