What I ask people who complain about Obama all the time, and if they say they didnt vote in the mid terms.... End of conversation!

People should applaud President Obama for all he got done, by himself!

Fuck Diddy for saying we shouldnt bother voting anymore, that will make things so much better for us rite??

Not only that but when you peel back the onion you discover they don't vote in their local elections neither. And they be the main ones blaming Obama for their racist Mayors, City/District Attorney, County Sheriffs, Judges etc. for running rampant :smh:

...says the dude who for many years has had the chance to inspire positive change among black folks with the influence of his own music, the many people that he produces, and the billions of dollars he and his endless celebrity network of friends has that could inspire real change for the black community more than Obama would be capable of...GTFOH...

Not the first time he has said something like this about the President.

Im guessing somebody never got their calls returned or the invite they were expected or were promised.

He is right on what? All the prison reform, banning the box is huge. Also, we put The pres. In office, we make 12-13 percent of the population. After the men was elected we didn't vote in midterms we just say the president can do it himself. Did we help? Yes, but we didn't put him in alone.

Niggas are starting to see the light and Obamites are scrambling. :roflmao2:

Dude have you ever took a civics class in high school? Do you think President Obama is a dictator or a wizard who can change the social and economical problems of black folk with the wave of his hand?

Wasn't he just talking about black on black crime?!?! Either it's us or the President make up your fvcking mind

Yes,I agree with him and this isn't the first nor will it be the last time you hear someone say exactly what he said; And it should haunt Obama forever.

Vote or Die=voting does nothing for you espacially when you don't enforce your demands.

How could you be Black?

I'm reminded about a Malcolm in the middle episode. Malcolm wants to take a job that would set him for life and his mother tells him no.

Lois says that at Harvard, Malcolm will have to work harder than his classmates and will accomplish more than they do, but they will continue to look down upon him. When Malcolm argues that he could have taken the job and "bought (his) way into office", Lois concludes that Malcolm "wouldn't have suffered enough" Because of the struggles he's forced to endure, Malcolm will realize that there is more to life than flaunting how intelligent he is. After college, the plan provides for him to channel his energies into a political career, and after starting off as a district attorney or running a foundation, he will be elected governor of a mid-size state, and then President. They envision that he would then become one of the greatest Presidents ever because he would represent, understand, and, more importantly, show empathy with the interests of people like his family, which, his parents say, no other President has.

Even if you don't agree with Obama any Black person knowing the trials of a Black people would still respect him and what he has accomplished.

Or are you just a crab in a barrel?

Funny, isn't it. How back in the day folks died trying to vote. The prez only has so much power. The more immediate impact in voting is in state and local elections. Those are the folks who I hold their feet to the fire. I make sure they hear from their constituents.
