It's obvious your a cac now.

Oh I must live in the ghetto full of crime. typical cac reply.

Speaking about shit you don't know about where I reside only makes you look even more stupid than you already do in this thread.

I won't just talk, it's on onsight.

It's obvious you scared.

Wouldn't expect nothing less from a low life piece of shit tho.

Figures.

I watched the video of the sheriff's explanation. This dude was only fired because he "let go" and "lost control" of her while taking her to the ground. :hmm:

he deserved to be fired. why do u care the reason?

and she deserves to be disciplined. yeah she gonna get paid but she needs to know and understand that her actions were inappropriate.

imo, this sheriff just laid the blueprint for firing these out of control officers all across the country. it also sounds like he was ready for this situation. law enforcement agencies are learning that they must handle these situations quickly.

'the officer acted outside of our protocols and his training and will be terminated for his actions in this case.'

no long drawn out process. no grand jury. fuck them motherfuckers.

YALL JUST CANT LET A YOUNG BLACK KID LIVE, WHAT IS IT WITH ALWAYS MAKING SURE U TELL BLACK FOLKS THEY ARE WRONG? WHAT IS IT THAT MAKES YALL ALWAYS WANT TO NOT LET BLACK FOLKS GET AWAY WITH MINOR INFRACTIONS WHILE CACS ARE ROBBING THE COUNTRY BLIND AND RAPING WOMEN AND SLICING UP AND EATING THEIR NEIGHBOURS (TYPICAL CAC BEHAVIOR OR OVER-POLICING BLACK BODIES, OVER SCRUTINIZE OVER CHARGED AND OVER INCARCERATE) FORGET WHEN THEY DONE SOMETHING WRONG? ..U ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT DISCIPLINING A CHILD FOR A MINOR MINOR FUKKIN MINOR CLASSROOM INFRACTION THAN TAKING THE TIME TO DISCIPLINE AN ADULT WHO ALMOST KILLED HER BECOS SHE DIDNT KISS HIS FEET WHEN HE SPOKE TO HER! :smh::smh:

FOR UR REFERENCE SHE WASNT IN PRISON OR SLAVE CAMP SHE WAS IN A SCIENCE CLASS!

1. i already stated that the cop should have been fired and will likely face federal charges. and hopefully will be found guilty and serve time.

2. there should have been no police called on the kid. that was inappropriate. but when asked to leave the class she should have left.

i would say this for any kid regardless of their ethnicity. part of the reason these kids (of any ethnicity) act out in the first place is because they face no consequences.

would your parents have allowed someone else to throw you around like trash?

hell no and i never said that is what should have happened.

i said she should be disciplined for being insubordinate. i didn't say she should be beat until she screamed toby.

thank you itiswhatitis ...

Also , there is a very clear line between discipline and assault!
Why cant people get that?

you never saw me say the cops actions were appropriate or that anyone should have touched her.

his actions were not appropriate. he has been relieved of his duty after being suspended with NO pay. he is going to be federally charged.

and all of that is appropriate for his actions.

fuck that sheriff......he came in coppin pleas.
talkin bout Field's girlfriend is black.

the pleas were bullshit but the way he fired him was a blueprint for other agencies.

and for your reference my parents would have whooped my ass for being insubordinate in class.

I think the biggest issue humans have is that they look at everything through their own lens/experience.

You're talking about what your parents would have done.

This girl has no parents. She's an orphan.

You're not even qualified to begin to understand this girl. Thus, your default response is highly off the mark. She needed something a bit more than "discipline". You don't heal a person like her with "discipline".

Furthermore, the qualifying issue for discussion here is the excessive force. Nothing else is really a meaningful topic of discussion. There are a million teenagers around the world who will have that type of reaction to an authority figure. That's what many teenagers do, for whatever reason.

You silly niggas debating appropriate teenage behavior when a cop who bench presses 500 pounds is throwing a fucking child around like a piece are lost. All that other shit you're talking about is completely irrelevant at this point.

This same cop has beaten the shit out of other black people who, in those cases, were complying.

What blueprint? There is no fucking blueprint there. The "WHY" is always the important issue. This guy is solely being fired because of the media shitstorm surrounding the video is not worth the blowback for keeping him around at this moment.

They didn't lay down a comprehensive new policy for dealing with citizens that prevents cops from defaulting to excessive force. There is no blueprint here. GTFOH!

the cops needs his ass whooped. period point blank.

but just because a kid is going through something does not absolve them of their behavior. she needs counseling, structure and discipline.

and as stated before she should not have even been in that class in the first place.

the blueprint in this case and other cases like it is that the cop gets fired for acting out of policy and counter to his training. that is the best we can hope for right now. yes the media shit storm helped. but this sheriff inadvertently gave us a gem.

your suggestions of "lay down a comprehensive new policy for dealing with citizens that prevents cops from defaulting to excessive force." is absolutely necessary. but that is not the reality we live in right now.

your suggestion of policy needs to be created and enacted immediately on a national level.

The girl's state is not even a meaningful point of discussion. She hadn't committed a crime. She hadn't assaulted anyway. She didn't comply with a request. That happens a million times a week all over the world. It's nothing abnormal about that in a school.

However, what happened after that was. This is about the police officer. Considering that the girl wasn't physically assaulting anyone, committing a crime, and even the word "disruptive" is being stretched in that the teacher had other options considering she wasn't wilding out. I've seen teachers (when I was in school) effectively handle a student like that AFTER class.

The only relevant topic is the police officer beating the shit out of kids like they're not even human.

i understand your points and we can agree to disagree on a few points here.

I dont think so. The video is so outrageous, that short of killing or raping here there isn't much worse you could do to a child. If there was no video or social media, he would be working today. They sat behind closed doors and weighed it out considering how bad the video looked and decided to part ways with the cop. The only lesson most police officers are going to take from this is don't get caught on video.

i totally agree no vid and this wouldn't have even made the local news.

i am just saying that a jewel was inadvertently dropped as well. if anyone chooses to pick that jewel up will be seen in future situations.

just keep in mind we have seen multiple inexcusable situations on video where the cops still get off and keep their jobs. tamir rice, dude at walmart, etc...

using the sheriff's logic/dropped jewel in all of those cases the cops could be fired and have no union case.

Exactly Bruh. What our parents would do is really irrelevant to this whole debate. At times I was insubordinate, disruptive, thrown out of class, etc., not a problem child but I think the majority of us had our moments. (Damn that autostart is annoying as fuck!)

Anyway, school would contact my parents, they would either come get me if I was suspended, fuck me up when we got home or, just fuck me up when I got home. At no point would they allow ANYONE to put their hands on me, and once I was put out of class and the first thing my Dad asked was, how it was done. Once I was pulled out by the teacher, and my father got in his ass for putting hands on me, and then added an extra layer to my ass whipping for causing him to have to grip me up...

No one should ever subject a child to being treated like trash, especially when they are posing no direct physical threat to them... :hmm:

this is what im saying ^^^
folks still arguing about how fast she should've gotten up,
how quick she spoke or not,
if she flailed her wrist when he put his arm aroung her throat etc.. Everything to just make sure the black female kid knows her place and doesnt think cos we're on her side this time she gets away scott free!
Same logic cacs have , same reason why they over police black neighbourhood, over presecute over charge and over sentence.. Over petty bs like pants down & marijuana but turn a blind eye to their kids doing meth and coke and wall street cacs stealing people's life savings.. But oh lets have an uproar cos that lil neeglet ddint know her place to get up quickly when a cac offcr spoke to her

what ive been saying all along in all my posts, she wasnt in a military boot camp, she wasnt in prison , she wasnt in a juvenile facility! She is in science class for crying out loud!! Why are people being so deceptive with their arguments!?

discipline is not assault
