This is what Samsung has always done. Copied the blackberry before 2007. Samsung is the only company capable of this kind of shit because they manufacture so much... they just make a decision and pivot.

My daughter had this device, it's pink and not rose gold.
Samsung had a rose gold version of the Note 3 but didn't come out with another rose gold colored device until a few weeks after their competitor make the color popular.
If they liked the color they would have released when it initially launched before the iPhone.
They even knew the colors that Apple would be releasing but didn't until Apple made it hot.
Copying Apple isn't working for Samsung.
My Nexus 5 is black, I've never owned an iPhone.

What it comes down to is...why do people care so damn much about what these businesses do. When you are not the CEO/CFO/Chairman(board members)/president/VP/major share holder etc...........Then people wonder why these corporation rule the world because they have too many sheep working for free.

Not sure what you're referring to but seeing as how there is nothing but Android fans in an Apple thread I'm going to assume "they" is me.
I've been pretty clear in this post about Samsung coming out with a newer version only after Apple did.
They're shameless while copying, pretty clear, or rose gold in this case.

If copying your competitors color after you launched your product purposely before them was a crime, it would be comparable to getting a speeding ticket.
I've got no issue with that but that doesn't negate the fact they have no shame.
