He took a lot of shit early on, even to a point seeming to have his own Team Management sabotage his season, taking away weapons, etc. I know it's only 3 games, but Dude is balling his ass off this season and the team is doing their thing too!

Is he top 5 yet, and if not, where would you place him! I'm hard pressed to find 5 other QBs playing at a higher level right now! :yes:
 
Hmmm good question. Rodgers is hands down the best QB in the game, then next you would put Brady.. After that it gets dicey, but I'd definitely put him in the top tier.

Dude's been balling with only one legit offensive weapon. If he had half the arsenal that Rodgers has, or one dominate player like Gronk he would be nearly unstoppable.

That's the important part. He has a suspect OL and only a TE. He might have the weakest set of starting players at the skilled position on offense in the NFL. He has starting WRs that might not even make the practice squad on some deeper teams.
 
top 10 range..... i would take Rivers and Roethslisberger ahead of him, in addition to Luck, Rodgers and Brady
 
Not top 5, but I'm glad he's FINALLY being appreciated for what he's bringing to the table, in spite of what he has to work with. If this was any other QB, cats would be considering him for HOF, i.e. Luck.

The way he's playing this season, on basically a HS offensive squad, I don't see 5 other QBs performing better right now.. :dunno:
 
So, can someone give a list of 5 other QBs who are currently clearly playing at a higher level than Cam? Especially considering what he has to work with and the fact that his team is 3-0 :confused:
 
Put Cam in Indy or Pittsburgh and see what those numbers would look like...

(This year's Steelers squad have the best offensive collection of talent since the greatest show on turf)
*kinda was pissed Vick didn't do better, maybe the offense was scaled back
Shit they haven't even used Sammie Coates and M. Bryant comes back in week 5...

Yes & he still has terrible fundamentals.

Its clear he's not getting coached up and doing all of this on natural ability. He's a fucking beast that's going under-appreciated. Under Armour fucking up by not pushing him more, he should be all over the place right now for them & they're wasting him.

Personally, consistency, confidence, clutch aggression and not being shook in the face of death.
 
He's making nobodies look good at WR. Definitely a top 10 since Rivers,Flacco and Luck are playing like straight bums and he is the best no.1 overall pick at QB since he came out thus far.
 
I'm biased by I will say yes. We don't run a pass happy offense out here and his targets are Teddy "dropsies" Ginn Jr. and an undrafted guy in Corey Brown. So you cant really expect 5,000 yard passing seasons and 40 TDs from Cam. He's having to play the "Don McNabb" role and win with scrubs and serviceable receivers. Cam does more with less. Whether he's Top 5 or not I'm still very happy to have him and look forward to the next 5 years with him at the helm. I was banned from Carolinahuddle.com (unofficial Panthers site) for believing in this guy BEFORE we drafted him and telling our racist white supremacist cracker fans a black man is gonna be the best QB we've ever had. And these were fans who HATED black QBs (Vick, McNabb, etc). 5 years later I was right and half of em are kissing his ass now. :cool:
 
Yeah Cam is up there. There is a serious lack of consistent good QBs in the league. Cam is still building a reputation and he is doing good.

Nah bro. Not early on. He was out there with Charles Johnson, Torrence Smalls, and Darnell Autry running the rock.... and still winning 11 and 12 games.

Greg Olsen and even Jonathon Stewart washed ass are more than what early Mcnabb had on deck.

Mcnabb was so fucking unappreciated its sad man.


As for Cam, he is in the argument for top 5 right now. Certainly if we are talking pound for pound and taking into account his roster. His division is fucking trash so that may be something the critics use against him.

I hated M5 ass cause he use to destroy my Cowboys, but the only argument here is that Duece better than Stewart. Other than that, he was working with shit :smh:. Sadly it gets chalked up to that west coast offense, but Reid showed McNabb's worth with that Kolb failure. Dude definitely wasn't fully appreciated.
