I don't do a conference but my team is the Miami Hurricanes. I have been having to bandwagon for the last few years.
I still travel to see them play almost every week. But it has been depressing. Al Golden has not done shit and we continue to lose recruiting battles to FSU and others
Lose Travis Rudolph, Ermon Lane, Dalvin Cook, Alex Collins, Sony Michel, Scarlott and more.
What pisses me off is how Golden did not even offer Skai Moore who wanted to come to UM badly. We did not offer until the day of national signing day after we whiffed on Matthew who is a bust at FSU. Then we told James Burgess Jr he was to small.

Can't believe I'm about to cosign you, but I thought it was just me. I'm like they have NO explosion on the line. Even more disturbing, is that it looked like the back was just going the the motions. Very leisurely pace. I want to see that muthafukka go into the line with some violence. Great play call bailed them out on this series.

it's rare to see an aggressive defense in college. most teams play the "bend but don't break, hold the LOS" type of game.
but what i like is an occasional "shoot the gap," aggressive style of play. get in the backfield and cause havoc, esp. if your d-line is quicker than the o-line.

I picked a possible upset because V Tech could play defense and Ohio state weakness is at the receiver position.
By weakness I mean...Ohio State is breaking in a new receiving crew. They are very talented but new receiving crew on the road may not have the chemistry they will have later in the year. Like who will be the go to player. Urban needs to give Elliot a chance to wear down the smaller front of V Tech
I hate 2 gapping on the college level. For one it is so hard to find DT's that are strong and stout enough to control two gaps
I also like a one gap defense where the DT's get up field.
