The part that i agree with is the part about a lot of us not taking advantage of free money. We have Black people that take advantage of free money ON OUR BEHALF (poverty Pimps)...but the money never goes to where it needs to go.

This has more so to do with lack of education than laziness. A lot of Black folks dont know that free money exist. But the stinky Arabs & Asians that set up shop in our neighborhoods do.

Most minority set asides rarely go to Black folks. When it pertains to taking advantage of "government handouts"....Black folks are no where near the top of the list. But maybe we need to get there.
