Hyphy mud! It's a homemade pre-workout. Basically Coca-Cola mixed with coffee.
If it wasn't for you players posting this dude up on the board I would have never lost 45 FUCKING POUNDS , while give up playing video games. I really appreciate this shit here.
Don't think I can try that one
I wonder what happened. He was supposed to have a distribution deal.
The page is still up but the "buy now" page is nonresponsive http://hm2energy.com/

same. I moved to Tampa weighing 200 lbs. I'm only 5'8". Never worked out religiously. I had weight sets when i was younger, but never used them to their full potential. I was mostly fat when i got here. Started running and cut out the fried food, rice and bread. Dropped 35 lbs. Started hitting the gym hard this past May. Maintained my weight, but bulked up. Shoulders, arms, neck, back, legs are all where i want them to be and steady improving. Getting that 6 pack is proving to be the hardest. I end every workout session (mon thru fri, 5am, 45 to 60 minutes)with doing 3 ab exercises. I am seeing results. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.
Food.. Eat enough of the right food, you don't need Suppliments
Props. Getting a six pack is all about your diet. You probably just need to phase out some sugars or carbs somewhere.
I'm sure he he had issues finding cola and coffee companies that would sign off on that shit. You know damn well Coke wouldn't. Kali is using a lot more to get his results than Hyphy Mud anyway.
I found it. What he thought was promotion ended up being dry snitching - he has 100 videos telling how to make the shit, then he takes a meeting with a distribution company showing them how to make it... on camera... mentioning Coca Cola. They probably got a cease and desist the same week.

i have a c4 drink before working out. After i either have a protein shake (spinach, banana, other fruit, flax seeds or old fashioned oatmeal and with either almond milk or coconut water). About 2 hours later, i will eat a cup of oatmeal. Protein bar a little while later. For lunch, i eat salmon and some type of vegetable with a sweet potato. Dinner is usually steak, grilled or baked chicken, seafood (not fried) with a veggie and spaghetti squash. On the weekends i'll eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast or have egg whites and turkey bacon. Everything after that is the same during the week.
Super-set your ab exercises and you can't just do 3 sets of 10s for abs. And if you want to see quicker results throw in a lil cardio.
Throw some greens(lettuce, kale, etc) in your diet too.
Did this Sunday - tricep gauntlet(real fuck deal) & biceps curls...
10 reps each x 2
10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 30, 25, 20, 15, 10

The 200 Rep Tricep Gauntlet with CT Fletcher, Mark Smelly Bell, and Silent Mike
They got these two in the gym together
Is there a video to this?
Never mind, just saw it. That's intense, I'll try it.
3 things most people over-look when weight-training:
1. training for bodybuilding is NOT...I REPEAT NOT the same as strength training for power-lifting competition. do NOT confuse the two.
2. you have to possess the genetics to build muscle and grow. instead of reading the ingredients on a protein shake, go take a good hard look at your father.
3. related to #2, spend some $$$ and get your myostatin levels checked. it's hard to swallow, but if your myostatin levels are high, you are NOT going to ever be big and muscular. you might get bigger than you are now, or ripped, or toned... but you won't get huge.
long ago, a bodybuilder told me, there are guys who belong in the weight gym and there are guys who belong in the basketball gym. those two gyms rarely see the same people. the point: body types, genetics, etc. actually mean something when it comes to how you're gonna develop physically.
