ok the timing was perfect for this game.... nothing good has come out and nothing will come out till September-November.... so its got plenty time to burn in peoples brains.....


its essentially what we all wanted..... GTA: batman style..... meaning open world..... theyve made the grapple hooking so smooth and easy... theyve made the car a important tool in batmans arsenal and not just a token piece.... fighting is on point as always.... storyline is the best one yet... feels very nolan as far as how the story is depicted... youll understand in the first scene what i mean...


great use of the joker..... dont want to say any spoilers

no more cookie cutout takedown rooms... they all vary and create a bigger challenge... batarangs (remote) have even improved! lol they can bounce of a surface... no need for perfect aim...

they dont start you off slow either you really start the game with a full arsenal...

the team fights i.e. batman and catwoman are seamless... u can switch back and forth between characters seemlessly and even team up on moves...

im mad theres no coop but i dont see how coop would work... so who cares lol

i am waiting for mad max.... metal gear and fallout 4.... tho

yep...I heard IGN say it's absolutely worthless to play this game w/o playing the other 3 first...they pretty much said don't bother wasting your time buying/playing it if you haven't played all the other games in the series :(

not really.... id only play arkham asylum so u know about the joker....

hes heavy in the game... atleast where im at...



fallout and mgs are the only ones that are anounced that can touch this imho

I wish you were just able to do the challenges instead having to do something to unlock them. Don't forget to get that gun behind when yall at the police station in the evidence room

Why would it include the other 3 games, when on the back of the box it says "...in the explosive finale to this trilogy. "

I don't think it's counting ORIGINS, only Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.

I don't recall ORIGINS getting that much burn TBH. I'm sure it was a good game, but I just remember the other two just being so talked about and so well received.

Hopefully it makes that backwards compatibility list, because if it does I'll check it out.
 
i didnt play origins.... im sure it was good but it felt like i was playing the first one again....

damn...came real close to copping it @ bestbuy when I went to return something...was able to fight the urge...I'm try and hold out til they do a GOTY edition
 
Downloaded it last night while I was at the gym via the Xboxone smartglass app. Love buying game from the app because by the time I get home the game is already downloaded to the system. Did not get a chance to play it because I was beat but tonight when get home I'm fixin to roll up some sour and play.

Once I found out they had emulators with every Sega game ever made and I ain't have to blow cartridges no more, I just gave my Genesis and like 30 games away to the little homies.


And fuck you Leroy! Almost had me going to Youtube to watch cutscenes from the last two BM games and shit :lol:
 
I know they're 2 different genres but anyone playing this who said GOTY...you think it beats out witcher...just curious?

Why do they say that? Does it have to do with being familiar with the controls or understanding the storyline? ...

I'm looking to get back into a real good role playing game. I haven't played one since metal gear on the old play station lol. But now since I've torn my Achilles heel I'm pretty much at home all day. I got his xbox one but the only game I got is 2k. I seen the batman commercial and the shit look pretty tight. I also read up and watched some videos of the Witcher 3 and that looks pretty straight too. I like games in where I have to figure stuff out.
