That shit is sickening. A lot of problems that relate to violence in our communities were created through anti Black legislation on the federal level by both parties. They're plenty of groups on the ground trying to address the violence but lack of or access to good jobs, politicans who are shareholders in prison companies finding ways to shovel Blacks into those prisons so they can turn profits, ex-felons barred from rejoining society so they have to make ends meet in less desirable ways, low income areas completely ignored for decades in terms of revitalization until yuppies show up, budget cuts always affecting the poor and schools they attend, no after school or summer activities because all the rec centers are shutdown are a big part in the violence but these things are always ignored when speaking on cities like Chicago.
Cacs live in a society that caters to them but they are still violent.Shooting up malls, schools, churches or wherever because you didn't get your way one day is nothing but evil.All the shit Black ppl put up with and the easy access to guns on the street, you never read up on us just going on massacres for the hell of it even when to many of us upbringing would indicate we should be the ones with mental issues going crazy living in a system that was setup to abuse us from sunrise to sunset until the day we checkout.

He wasnt caught until recently so he could have very well been active today. And LEO monitors social media accounts for investigating and tracking. Shutting it down would be counter to that end.
