Kid might go #2 or #3 in the draft...

Thoughts?

Also, what is the over/under for the number of times Darko makes it into a post in this thread? (Has a completely different game than him by the way :D)

Shhhheeeeit! I might have to take this dude 1st. BUT either way He has to go in the Top 4 :yes::yes::yes::yes:

Has the potential to be a great offensive player but can he defend, rebound, block shots the vid was good to look at but i need to see him in game action to really give a more accurate opinion but i liked what i saw.

I have to see it against NBA brothas, not an empty ass gym. Never forget:

NBA is looking for a cac... They want a Bird, and they've had to settle for Dirk. Pumped Nash as much as possible. Kevin Love is the cac of the moment.

Most of the stuff that I've seen on him has him going around 5 or 6. He looks good in the workout but many guys have looked great in a structured workout and didn't amount to shit. And this is the only workout he's doing for NBA teams so they won't get to bring him and match him against other draft prospects.

Can't ignore the way he can put the ball on the floor and how he can shoot. I'm telling you It Is, don't be surprised or get too mad if we get him at 3. I love Russell, but we can get Delon Wright, a 6'6 PG in the second round along with Porzingis. Will Wright be as good as Russell and will he be as exciting, probably not but I think he'll be more than serviceable to go along with Noel, Prozingis Wroten and Saric. Just think about it cause I believe this is what's gonna happen.

Exactly....this is like watching a hitter during batting practice.
What happens when there is a body on him...

He has a nice stroke...of course we didn't see the misses...somebody will take him top 5,and either be happy...or very sad.

Highly doubt Delon goes 2nd round. Would be surprised if he goes past the early 20's but if he does we'll take him at 29

Bradley could not shoot like that from the outside nor put the ball on the floor stop it. :smh:

I'm afraid the Sixers will make the same mistake that they did with Bradley. No he wasn't a shooter but he was considered a tall athletic player who could score and block shots. Before the Sixers drafted him I remember seeing a short highlight video of him similar to the one the op posted. everybody was hyping him up. Like other said, let's see him in a real game first.

listen the 12th man on the nba bench can shoot like that without a defender

i need to see much more before i give him any kind of props

Shawn Bradley "Athletic "? I'm done

Would you take Mudiay if Russell isn't there at 3?

Slow, methodical, slow release, having euro hitting open shots in an empty gym. Every year theres a new one. And every year they all fail. When will you people learn? :smh:

And yes, Darko killed on his single man and one on one workouts too.

Re: Introducing.... - 7'1" with a serious stroke..

Definitely an intriguing prospect! But dudes got hella of personality tho :lol::lol:

everything looks nice until you get a premier NBA defender guarding your ass...
lets see if he thinks shit is sweet then. Darko was puttin in the same type of workout..
mufuckas were drooling over the wack fucker...."ooohhhh this kid has a nice stroke, he can handle
the rock,....he's a defensive presence....great basketball IQ"
muthafucka rode more pine than a sombitch. whoever drafts this kid will be a wasted pick.

Word is that the Lakers are really REALLY interested in Russell so that leaves Okafor at 3 for Philly. Take Okafor.

Not sure I touch Okafor over Mudiay... seems to lose interest after his team scores :dunno:

Only thing is Mudiay can't shoot for shit. That 57% free throw percentage scares me although I'm well aware that can possibly be corrected. He can get to the basket though and he's a very good passer. Okafor has the chance to be a force on the offensive end. I agree defensively he's behind, but if he's on the floor with Nerlens and Saric it'll be really hard for us to be out rebounded most nights.

You just keep searching for the next Dirk huh... His workout tape looked great too...

For the youngins who don't remember this Run / Jump / Shoot Bust... Always looks better in workouts: Nikoloz Tskitishvili

Good point. But the reality is the Draft is pretty much a crap shoot. You'll never know how good someone will be until they actually play. No one for the most part is automatic. No matter who you like, who I like, who he or she likes there's always a chance that muthafucka will be a bust. You can do your hoework all you want (which teams should do) but nothing is certain. :dunno: Somebody's gonna take him. We'll see.
