Since Bronn was familiar with Dorne, shouldn't he have known that they coat their blades with poison?

Not sure which daggers were made from ice... but there were daggers made from Dragonglass that Sam found beyond the wall, buried in snow... which he gave to Jon Snow for his trip to Hard Home with the Wildlings.

Not everyone in Dorne uses poison. Prince Oberyn studied poisons for many years & was an expert in using it. He passed some of his knowledge down to his daughter Tyene, which she used on Bronn.

And the other sword was given to jamie, but jamie gave the sword the brienne which was named Oathkeeper. As to the whereabouts to widows wale as far as I know they would make since to keep it for tommon. Because valyrian steel is pasted down to the next generation or successor to the throne.
