The Warriors remind me of the OKC team that made it to the finals..Those jump shooting offensive teams get out their comfort zone once the face a team who can attack the rim.. For one they are used to running snd gunning shooting quick off a miss on the other side.. But vs a team like the Cavs they are going to be forced to play deeper in the paint on defense, helping to crash the boards, and trap in the post. This is far different than what they are doing vs a team like Memphis where there is not one single player on that team who requires help defense. .
The last game the Warriors played the Cavs clearly showed how Curry and Thompson helping out on defense effected their offensive numbers.
The best way to slow down the Cavs is yo have a defensive specialist, like a Leonard or a Butler on him one on one, unfortunately the Warriors have no such players on their team, and as the result Curry snd Thompson will not be free to shoot up court after a Cavs miss and running their offensive sets before the Cave are able yo set their defense. .
Think of it this way, if they are packing the psint, like the Bulls and most teams run on the Cavs, then that means the Cavs will be out side trying yo stretch the defense, and if they are outside at the perimeter, they would be the first ones back if the ball heads the other way..
This is exactly what happened to both OKC and the Warrior last time they played the Cavs.
