No spoiler, just theory and explanation
So Jon conveniently has none of his family's trait, he doesn't even look like Rhaegar. Rhaegar fucked the sand snake chic and had two albino kids but not Jon?
No spoiler, just theory and explanation

Stretch on point as usual. I cackled out loud on that Robyn Arryn quote. They should rename him the bitch lord!
Nobody would take death by fire given any other choice. Can't imagine his boys wouldn't at least offer him an out. Thanks Stretch
When dude gave Arya the coin back and switched faces I completely lost my shit.
Kaleesi is a moron
Even her dragon came back to tell her stop being a dumbass.Word UP!!!! What the hell is she thinking?
Keep in mind she wasn't raised to be a leader so she has no qualifications for the job, if it wasn't for those dragons she would be a walking sperm bank. She is suppose to be a young girl so seeing a older actress play her doesn't really come off well onscreen.Kaleesi is a moron
she's sticking to her morals and finding that that alone isn't what makes someone a great leader.
being able to bend and knowing when to bend in order to keep or attain peace while pleasing the greatest number of your constituents is what she has to learn.
basically, she can't keep everyone happy.
I can't see Jon staying at Castle Black for the duration of the series.
Perhaps as the leader and protector of the Wall he can find peace with the other dude by taking a group of the nights watch to go with Stannis, since Stannis' whole claim as rightful King is resting on being the only one capable of protecting the realm from the impending war against the threat of the white walkers?
Stannis has to leave eventually and deal with Roose Bolton. Robb Starks death has to be avenged. So he has to get out of castle black also at some point, and he has to leave with more men than he arrived otherwise what kind of leader is he if he stays in one location so long but leaves without added support?
Just speculation on my end.
Im not sure you have a full understanding of what irony is. Further evidenced by you asking a man on a porn board to kiss your ass while having the audacity to call anyone a faggot. So, you didn't go far enough in school to understand "irony " and you want to ban me bitch? Kiss my black ass faggot.
Thanks. And to add to it, they're both natural leaders. One is learning on the job because she has a pedigree. The other is rising into that position because he too has a pedigree as well, but as a bastard - so nothing will be given to him (it can be offered, like the north was last night, but if he doesn't accept, it wasn't given-which is why it's no surprise that he didn't accept)Good observation, there are clear parallels between Jon and Daenerys separate evolutions as a leader. They have both had to face choices between choosing between the greater good and sticking to a strict moral code.
The same rigid principles won't work in all situations

One labeleled royalty, one labeled bastard. Both leaders are very principled.
broken down, they're both the same character, their circumstances is what makes them appear to be different.
If Dany was a bastard at Castle Black she'd be Jon Snow, and if Jon Snow was acknowledged royalty he'd have beheaded that man last night for the same offense...circumstance.
It is poetic, especially if you suspect that Jon Snow is not Ned's son, but the son of Ned's sister and the 'Mad King', Dany's father...
