{~~~Guns, Guns and Mo' Guns - The Right To Keep And Bear Arms~~~}

There was too much 855 out there for them to rationally ban.

How would the regulate reloaders.

Would everyone have to dump their ammo or relinquish possession of loaded cartridges and projectiles to the local and state police?

This was a bullshit attempt to back door the AWB. Nice try, Obama.

Image how the BATF would have been able to sneak this fucking piece shit under our noses had it not been for social media! How often does 80% of the gun owning market buy ammo? Once maybe twice a year at most.

Most people are focused on gun laws - not ammo! It was the same thing with 7n6 for AK owners. By the time they caught wind, it was too late.

Added a tactical rail on my Ruger...

I was going to ask how that process worked out...I'm thinking of building an AR-10 or 15 as a project this spring. What type of lower did you get?

Aero Precision, Lewis Machine and Tool, Mega Arms, and one other company supply an overwhelming bulk of the cast AR lowers in the AR world. They're rebranded as anything from Spikes to Knights Armament.

I would feel confident recommending those brands.

Forged Billet, nice - but functionally no better then a cast lower.

Some would agree to disagree, but unless you're a precision shooter or full-time operator billet is a waste of money; it's mostly for aesthetic.

However, I will pause by saying that Spike's new billet ST Gen II lowers ...

I can't stop drooling on them. Going to probably order two and rebuild my rifle with one, put the other on ice and make a pistol with it.

Rugers are ambidextrous which is a big factor for me. BTW, that's a Diamondback DB-9...I couldn't wait for Glock to make a 9 in that size

I thought something looked a bit off about that Glock.

Not the biggest G fan. The grip angle doesn't suit me and it's blocky. Dunno. Just feels funny in my hand.

Although the Sig P320 has me feeling very different about striker fired pistols.

The DB9 is OK but it has a helluva kick. I just added a Hogue grip on it to see if it makes a difference. I'm not into Glocks either but I wanted a tiny 9 for CC...

It's a 20GA H&R Pardner pump...have a handgrip to install on it shortly

Those are pretty good shooty's.
If I recall correctly, they're made by Mossberg but not marketed under the Mossy brandname.

Armscor / Rock Island Armory makes a decent knockoff as well called the M5. One version comes in a silky, sexy nickel plated finish.

Are your AR's both in .223?

Why that rail on top of the Saiga?

And what are the second from top & last ones?

Love that pump to the left.

Nope the one on top is 22LR
I hadn't put the reticle sight on yet
Hi-Point 995 / H&K MP5 22LR

I need whatever hook-up you have.

 Nah man, I meant filed the same day as GianoJuan's F1 (1/23/15). I have since received the approved F1. This one was about 38 days, up from the average of 25-30 days a few months ago.

My shelves are bending...LOL
Lol... bruh!

How many different calibers do you have?

In a jam, what would you just grab & go?

I keep my bulk ammo put up, but each gun has 'accompaniments'.
Rifles - Mags (4, full) in mag pouch or 40 rd mags jungle taped , shotguns - loaded (bandolier full), handguns - loaded, chambered, hid w/ extra mag (full).

Ammo cans, extra stocks, parts, etc. I keep put up but easily accessible.

To the more experienced shooters & collectors here. ...

I would some advice on .308 & the SCAR.

I've made up my mind to delve into a new caliber and it's probably gonna be .308 or .300BLK. Ballistics charts says .308 needs to be next.

What's the difference in the SCAR 16 & 17?

The 16 is 556 and the 17 is chambered in 762(308) I own the 17 and it's one of my favorite rifles. It's powerful, versatile cartridge you can hunt and even do long range work with it. The Scar is pretty accurate in the right hands too. I have mine setup to shoot long range but I've seen guys put shorter barrels on them but that 308 recoil is serious for close quarters and over penetration if that matters to you. My 300 blk has lesser recoil and is basically on an AR platform. But shoots a 30 cal bullet with ballistics closer to the AK but all AR parts. So you get slightly better ballistics in terms of 556 but compared to 308 it's a different animal. People will say there are better or cheaper 308 rifles but I haven't had any hiccups with mine.
