People complain about the high unemployment in the black community but don't see the connection of the people pushing the worker mentality. Which means you have to depend on white folk (who don't relate to you) to give you a job.

You give your kids what is more valuable than the security of a $100k/yr gig, a few million, or a failing business and that's the knowledge & wisdom that comes from building a business and the experience of running it.
If you do this it won't matter if the business is failing or if they don't want to run the business, they will have the knowledge of and ability to....if they so desire. They will be equipped with skills to not only survive, but also progress.
