(DeMarco called Chip) visiting Philly tomorrow... awww shit...

Which proves my point... If you had shit going on, your obsessed asses wouldn't spend so much fucking time in Eagles related threads...

AGAIN... WHY ARE YOU MOTHERFUCKERS STILL HERE!!!

POST YOUR WEAK ASS HYPOTHETICALS HERE NICCA!!! http://www.bgol.us/board/showthread.php?t=806184&page=66&highlight=dallas+cowboys

Nigga we made the post season last year. What do the Packers got going on? What do the Patriots got going on? What do the Lions have going on? You bum ass teams that couldn't get into the playoffs are the ones going dumpster diving for free agents other teams let go. You think the Seahawks losing sleep over y'all getting Walter muthafucking Thurmon and Maxwell? Maxwell's position is interchangeable in that defense. All they ask that corner to do is don't fuck up Sherman, Earl and Chancellor got you. THey'll plug someone else in and that person will become a free agent and you or the Deadskins will overpay for that person too.

bruh Jerry has a pattern of doing this......:smh:

Pattern of doing what? He actually doesn't. I don't even think this is Jerry. Jerry would've brought him back. Jerry would've not cut Ware either. There's a change of culture and I think its Stephen and Will McClay handling shit now. These aren't Jerry moves. Thankfully. But i'll give Jerry credit just in case he's searching for it.

You tripping bruh. Demarco ain't no fucking Emmitt Smith bro.......we know your track record. You predicted 8-8 last season. Demarco Murray is replaceable bro. Eagirls just spent 50 million on Demarco and they signing Ryan Matthews. They went for Frank Gore first. Demarco or Dez...who you taking?

Jerry s track record is to fuck over the folks who got you there....period.

This isn t a good move for the Cowboys in any way cause the only reason why we weren t 8 - 8 is because they gave the ball to DeMarco....

that is the ONLY reason.....

that is the ONLY reason.....

The only reason they didn't go 8-8 was becasue they opened up holes for Demarco and gave Romo 5 or 6 seconds to throw. Let's keep it 100. The offensive line was why they got where they got. People ignore Zach Martin's impact but the dude was a All Pro in his rookie year. That impact was HUGE. AS a rookie...he might be our best lineman already.

Demarco is a solid pick up for the Eagirls. But he's not irreplacable for us.

And Jerry track record? Who has he fucked over? This nigga gave Roy Williams a contract, gave Scandrick one before he needed it, gave Ratliff one and Ratliff fucked him, Kyle Orton fucked up, Sean Lee brittle ass is fucking him, Gave Demarcus 100 million, Gave Marion Barber 40+ million and he hadn't even had 1k yards....who did he fuck over? Its about time he stopped letting these dudes fuck him over. You gotta be cutt throat. You don't see it hurting the Pats.

Again, that overpay shit is weak as fuck.. because it's not your money...

Also, if you don't care and aren't losing sleep, why do you have more post in this thread about an Eagles player than anybody else...

Like I said... carry this weak shit over to the Cowboys thread.

Why are so spending so much time talking about other teams and how they do business... Seahawks don't give a fuck about you bruh... Lets focus on all the big moves the cowboys are making... and your amazing RB Lance Dunbar!!

You do know the story of Emmitt's reup? dude had to hold out in 1993 for 2 regular season games....

Emmitt had to hold out? c'mon Jerry does this shit.....

the line is good but they gave the fucking ball to DeMarco 392 times last year....

Carry all this woulda coulda shoulda shit over to the Cowboys thread Niccas!! We ain't interested in none of the bullshit you're trying to drum up for your weak ass backfield Nicca!!

The Crickets are lonely as fuck over there!!!

As a cowboys fan, I am happy that Jerry Jones didn't pay Murray all that money. I would have liked him at $5 mil/yr, but not close to what he got. Its not about it being Jerry's money. Paying Murray means that we have to go short somewhere else. I love that the Cowboys didn't make any counter offers. Murray's dad said Demarco was offended by lack of counters.

Murray is a good back, but replaceable. They can still fuck it up by getting the wrong guy, but 42 for Murray is fucking up.

The evidence of decline after a season like Demarco had is staggering. He may be the exception, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Cowboys running game will be fine.

yeah, whatever nicca.

just wait til randle goes back to the mall... near that cologne counter.

then what? :hmm:

^^^ For real... Maybe, just MAYBE, Murray helped make that line look good!

With all this talk of a decline in Murray (which is butt hurt speculation by the way), the same three personality having jokers are gassed with the prospect of bringing in a back with twice the career carries as Murray, also has had a MAJOR injury, AND is set to make 13 million next year, OR rely on an unproven rookie...

Yeah... their running game will be fine, bet the Offensive Player of the Year 2016 won't be coming out of that backfield though... Regardless of that amazing epic O Line!! (delusional ass Jokers!!!)

This past season got some of you cowboys fans sounding a little too confident.

:lol::lol::lol:

that's why i hate cowboys fans. motherfuckers could be 0-16 and they STILL act like they're going to the superbowl... bringing up roger staubach, dorsett, and randy white or emmit and troy-like they still playing.

history don't mean shit in football except for trivia questions. :hmm:

This thread is about an individual (Demarco Murray) not necessarily about teams...but if you wanna put it that way...

Murray is like the chick who was avg back in the day...then I took her out...made her my woman...and everybody starting noticing her. Meanwhile I been wearing that pussy and throat out, and taking all her money.

Then you saw her and started gassing her up how she didn't need me, and you would treat her better. So she decided she wanted to leave.

Now she over there with the other used hoes you souped up (Matthews and Sproles) you realizing that there aint but a few miles left on that pussy, and she realizing she shoulda stayed with a hero...and not went to the zero.

You can have her...I done used that up... I got some new fresh hoes I'm developing...LMAO

:lol::yes::lol::yes:

We were 13-4 last year? Who wouldn't be optimistic about that? You sound crazy. If you don't think your squad is gonna win next year why even cheer? Well shit you are a Raider fan I guess I can see your point there but your fanbase is the exception. Y'all know y'all booty.

:lol::lol::lol:

the biggest lesson you'll learn in football is that one yr's success does NOT NECESSARILY mean follow-up success the next year.

two reasons:

teams scheme on what you did successfully.
players "fall of the cliff" faster after age 30 or so = less speed, less explosion.

y'all mofos need to brace yourselves for the decline of tony romo's security blanket, witten. once he slows down a bit, it's all on dez = one option for that yellow-backed bitch qb.

btw, it's all about the superbowl. the raiders didn't win it, and neither did the cowboys. fuck the rest of it. :hmm:

I agree we COULD Fall off. Pats could fall off. Packers could fall off. That's EVERY TEAM. But what I don't understand is how do you expect cowboy fans not to be optimistic AFTER a 13 win season lol? That logic is what I don't get. Sure they could fall off. Anyone can. Some bad teams will become good and vice versa.

And you're silly. So the Cowboys will die by Jason Witten huh? Even though we got Cole Beasley, Terrance Williams and Dez....not to mention we have two backup tight ends in Escobar and Hanna who are waiting for him to retire. Alright.

And if y'all had that yellow backed bitch y'all would've probably made the playoffs.

This clown is bragging about making the playoffs after missing them 4 years in row. :smh:

I wasn't bragging about anything. I'm saying if your squad made the post season and was 13-4 wouldn't you be optimistic about next year? I mean I don't understand that line of thinking. You wack ass niggas was just gloating about next season and y'all won 10 games last year and lost your core of players. But nobody else should be optimistic? Y'all sound silly.

Y'all going shopping in the dumpster trying to find gems and trying to turn shit into sugar. Y'all do this shit every year. Y'all sign a bunch of guys their previous team didn't want and then you wonder why ya'll 10-6 and missing out on the playoffs.

Man the true core of Cowboys fans on this board are some of the most realistic here. Show me a Cowboys fan here predicting Superbowls...

Giants been ass and their fans claim Super Bowl every year. Those are the mofos you should be getting on for being unrealistic. But you don't hate the Giants so you don't care lol.

I seen somebody earlier compare Demarco to Eddie King in the 5 Heartbeats...

Demarco, like Eddie is talented...but without the other Heartbeats (the offensive line, and the threat of a productive passing game)...he's just serviceable.

This is gonna be Demarco in 2 seasons outside of Jerryworld!!

Oh and @dtownfinest... once again, you've shown why I consider you one of the few knowledgable Cowboy fans on BGOL.

This was NOT Jerry's call, this was Stephen's move. Jerry WANTED to pay Demarco.

Letting DeMarco Murray walk signals that someone other than Jerry Jones is calling shots for Cowboys

..."And what happened with Murray ultimately drew the spotlight and placed it squarely on Stephen Jones. It was Stephen who drew the line at $5 million a season for Murray, according to multiple league sources. They said Stephen felt that going north of that number would have necessitated tinkering with the salary cap beyond 2015, particularly with the Cowboys still looking at other free agents, and needing to retain financial flexibility for the draft class and any unforeseen roster problems later in the offseason.

So while others were riding a freight train to the outer limits of their cap, Stephen Jones made the decision that Dallas would sacrifice Murray and work around the problem with cheaper free-agent options or the draft. And in a twist – one league source said this was in contradiction to Jones' father, whose sentimentality for Murray would have had Dallas paying between $6 million to $7 million a year to retain the running back.

In the end, it was Stephen Jones who won out. Why? It's because Stephen has grown concerned with the percentage of the team's salary cap devoted to the offense, multiple league sources said. Prior to tackle Tyron Smith's contract restructure this week, nearly $61 million of Dallas' $143 million 2015 cap was accounted for by only four offensive players: quarterback Tony Romo ($27.7 million), Smith ($13 million before the restructure), Bryant ($12.8 million) and tight end Jason Witten ($8.5 million).

Stephen Jones did not want to add Murray to that list at the cost of $6 million to $8 million a season, sources said. So he offered a deal averaging around $5 million and stuck with it. Other media outlets have reported the franchise was willing to go as high as $6 million a season but even that wouldn't have beaten the deal offered by the Eagles, who landed Murray at an average north of $8 million a year."

:ssshhh:

 @ Demarco being Eddie "KANG" Shit is true though. And yeah you can tell this ain't Jerry. They still listening to Jerry but it seems after last year with Manziel its Stephen with the final say. Seems like Jerry playing the role of Robin now. I'm convinced Cowboys were never gonna bring back Demarco. They knew it. Stood at 5 million knowing damn well that he wasn't accepting that.

If they truly do a RB by comittee, next year, they will realize they're paying Murray 8 mill for 15-17 carries a game and want to trade or cut him. But his money is guaranteed. Good for him.

You Big Tex, DTown, I was out of line yesterday for all that back and forth shit I typed and I want to acknowledge that...

Everybody has a right to see shit differently, and not get ridiculed for it so I was definitely out of order.

After reflecting, yall made some real valid points on the whole issue and a lot of what you said was really an intelligent perspective, very thought provoking and an honest appraisal of the situation...

I'd like to, as the off season continues, periodically discuss some more of the inner workings of the NFL and hopefully we can pool wisdom from each other...

I love your guys passion for your teams, and for that I' have to respect it...

Hope you guys have a great season
