It's not over the shooting it's over leaving the county without permission and for not completing his community service. He's short almost 200 hours of mandated 1,000 hours. He isn't being arrested because he has scheduled court appearance in March so they just revoked his probation but no arrest will be made.

That's my stance as well. The rest of us can stay the fuck out of trouble...i'm suppose to have sympathy for him? Naw. He damaging his own life here. He put them hands on Rihanna........I can see trying to redeem himself for that but he didn't even try. Right after that shit he went on to going to the club throwing bottles at each other with Drake with some bloods and hitting Frank Ocean among other shit. This cat puts himself in these situations. Okay, help me out here. I'll admit that I don't know everything about these types of situations, but are they allowed to bring up shit that you say in group therapy sessions to punish you in a courtroom? Or do the rules/laws differentiate from state to state?

Think of it as a parole review board, they need access to what your shrink thinks your state of mind is, and whether or not it has changed for the better before they can make a decision on you getting out early or ever at all.

Have to agree with this here. Cat doesn't even have his community service time done.

Folks acting like he hasn't been doing dumb shit, showed up in court with only 3 hours left of community service, and THEN had his probation revoked. I'm surprised shit didn't happen sooner. He's on probation for a violent crime.
