A grieving father threw a chair at a judge as she sentenced the man who killed his two-year-old girl and her grandparents in a road accident to 120 hours of community service.
A video of the incident has been posted on YouTube, reports Reddit.
The sentencing, which happened on Friday, has already caused outrage with one Dutch member of parliament, Joram van Klaveren, calling it "absurdly low," according to a local website, 1limburg.
If the driver — who was speeding at 75 m.p.h. in a 50 m.p.h. zone — does not complete his community service order he will have to serve 60 days in prison.
Dutch media reports claim the Polish driver has never shown any remorse for the incident.

The rightfully angry father will end up with a stiffer sentence than the killer.

Be nice to find out the sentencing guidelines in Holland as that might have a bearing. In some places the judge has no leeway in the specific terms they HAVE to adhere to. This may or may not be one of those cases. Need a lot more info here.

Normally I would say that violence isn't the answer, but in the case of these stupid liberal judges who don't believe in criminal justice (and God knows New York has plenty of them too), I don't see what else a grieving relative can do but lash out at them. It's a pity the chair didn't break her feckin' face. These morons on the bench have absolutely no idea how to do their job and their is never any comeback when they dish out scandalous sentences like this. So I hope more of them have chairs thrown in their face. Or better still, maybe some reckless driver can smash into her and wipe her out.

Injustice! The poor father will probably get a stiffer sentence. Shame on this judge. My prayers and condolences to this unfortunate family.
