The Penguin is my favorite character.

Dude gives zero fucks.
Has Gordon in his back pocket, whilst is goes off robbing and killing everyone.
That was a well planned robbery.

This is great seeing how penguin is playing everybody. Knowing Gordon would spare him...

and then keeping him alive.. great twist and now we can see it all develop even more. he's got the trust and ear to BOTH mob bosses in a 2 mob boss town. He's got Fish in a place of weakness she won't ever get out of shit is crazy

Gordon did his thing today.

Great show imo

It's a crime drama with familiar characters. This is exactly how the show and Gotham should be.. a real city

a bit of a continuity issue, the penguin did not bow at the end olympus oats 6 when he walked into the police station yes he did at the beginning of episode 7.

reading up I see that Victor Zsass is a knife guy, so why use him with a gun to shoot the cop witness and have him use a nice instead?

I haven't finished the episode yet but I like the show so far

1st the camera cut from penguin end of 1st to jim and harvey bout to swing on each other.
beginning of this episode we see it all and the immediate fallout.

next
because he can use a gun on the tv show it's not a literal translation. so unless you've read up on the characters extensively like you did for victor, nothing about this episode with him in it would feel unnatural.

Whoever isn't on this show now...:smh::smh::smh:

Last night's episode (though a bit rushed in spots) was a jump-on point.

Those Penguin twists came out of nowhere.

Loved the Victor Zsasz appearance. His disappointment in Falcone letting Barbara, Gordon, and Bullock live was hilarious.

Jada still has a nice ASS!

just got fully caught up & not bad at all. i don't know if this has already been said but as sexy as Jada is, she can't act her way out of a wet napkin. it's like she studied Eartha Kitt for the role but is going in & out of Eartha's natural accent.

It works for me for some reason. It draws the right kind of attention to an ancillary character that I don't think people would of really invested much in (i.e. Barbara). Its not a great piece of acting but it serves the character well.

Just watched the latest episode. Another instance of them beating you to death with who the characters are, like Richard Sionis (Roman's father?) not only wearing a black mask but having literally every mask ever made in his office. Oddly this week my favorite parts came with Alfred and Bruce dealing with a bully (Tommy Elliot aka Dr. Thomas Elliot and the future "Hush").

Good story again and nice progression with the origins.

Didn't mind Bruce and Selina interacting this early, it works since bruce is such a dork at this point.

The captain gets finer every damn week.. she looks like phylicia rashad's long lost sister.

Fucking Barbara ran back to the snatch and the snatch gonna be smiling in Jim face too?

I hope he finds out.

Eh its so so. Four highlights for me so far:

1. When dude asked everyone to leave the police station so he could be alone with Gordan and they did. :smh:

2. When the Bully said "He tried to kill me" and Alfred said "Yes He did, and you remember I let him try".

3. Jada Character being such a Boss

4. The Cobbelpot being so smart.

Barbara is a dumbass...Jim tried to shield her from the bullshit,but she insisted to know everything and now when things are hot...she wants to run away and low-key blame Jim for putting her in the situation......:smh::smh::smh:

:lol::lol: Yeah they did it again. The 2 headed coin and lighting only half his face at nearly every possible moment. I feel having Harvey flip on Lovecraft(I think that was dude's name) would of been enough to have the audience understand who he is. Catgirl was actually relevant to the series in this episode up until she came out there with a whole damn gallon of milk. :hmm: Batcave's plumbing is probably still fucked up to this very day behind that shit.

That they were allowed to be KIDS for a change with that food fight for a kiss, was unexpected and a nice touch.

i just feel like sometimes people are who they are, it's a part of them. not everybody does a complete 180 so the coin thing i didn't mind.

and her drinking milk bothered me at first but then i thought, maybe it's not her loving milk cause she's catgirl maybe it's just the easiest thing to steal out of stores on the street, it's what she can get her hands on and now has a taste for it.

now the cat poses.. i got a problem with that. you ain't gotta be sitting on top of the wayne manor gate in a full on cat pounce pose just observing that was overkill.

im cool with everything else

im just wondering how they going to do Mr Freeze since they plan on bringing him in soon..probably have him about to kill someone in an icehouse,then when Gordon or Bullock busts in saying"FREEZE,MISTER!!"dude look at him like :D thinking"i like how that name sounds.." :rolleyes::lol:

Nobody else is hating how much older these villains are than Batman?

They need to focus this show on crimes and police, not all of these well-known characters. Save that shit for the last few seasons of the series right before Bruce comes back from training to be Batman. Introduce these major villains near the last few seasons and have the city in total chaos with the GCPD struggling to stay on top of shit that got way out of hand. Then end it with Batman coming in on ONE LAST EPISODE and meeting Gordon, promising to bring order to the city.
 
Somebody please tell me what is the time period of this show? Feels like a mix from the 50s mixed with present time
 
This show is so much better when Bruce, Salina, Alfred I r that Night cat aren't in it! The show should not be focusing on villains before they became villains (although Cobbelpot is an exception) they need to stop picking stories from the actual comic.
