I had never heard of Bigen until someone mentioned it in this thread, I may have to use it. I've been getting a lot more grey's in my beard lately, I use to pluck them out with tweezers but its just to many now. I found this youtube video about how to use Bigen. That barber tighten dude up right....

I would never get that bigen shit because it's so blatantly obvious when you see it. That shit looks like someone put black shoe polish on your face/head. As far as the beard goes, I just wash mine, trim it, condition it with beard oil and let that be that.

I don't get it either. With all those pics posted of dudes laughing at Boozer and Shawty Lo on here I find it hard to believe that people would even consider it. As far as how to sharpen clippers I learned how to sharpen my t outliners from here.

Is anyone using minoxidil to grow they beard have you had any success?
I've been using it 3 months now and it's working but extremley slow. I got more hairs on my cheeks but its taking forever. Might buy a higher percentage next time, using 5%. I'm about to give up on a beard cuz this taking too long. I guess a beard just ain't in my genetics unfortunately.

the look above can be achieved without the dye/bigen. my barber taught me how to line with a straight razor before i went to school. people used to say that my beard looked painted on it was so crispy. no dye. 20 years later i am still not as good as he was but i can make my beard look that sharp with no dye. i get many compliments from women.

Blackseed oil-An Arabic associate told me to use it and you know them niggas is beard crazy-shit is used for a litany of ailments and health reasons amongst them hair growth, softening and keeping away the grays. Apparently theres a few beard growth specific products you can order internationally (Thai, Indonesia, Middle East) one specifically that works that i'd have to get the name from him again - but I dont know about that shit i remember him saying it stung
Biotin - supposed to help amongst other vitamins. in addition to possibly helping my beard grow i found yet another thing that makes my dick inconveniently hard so thats something
lastly my moms used to put on this foul smellin shit to stimulate and regrow hair and stop grays, so i tried that nasty shit too fuck it- 1 egg yolk, spoon of onion juice, small amount each of castor oil, olive oil (the kind in cvs), and if you can find it jojoba oil. I also mixed in the blackseed

Mello, how old are you? You still using the minox? And that biotin gonna take more than a few days before you see anything champ.
Bottom line, increase your water intake and only use natural oils on your skin, so than can be absorbed into your hair follicle.
Wash your face/beard with a natural soap that is non drying as well

This is great advice.When you wash your face in the morning wash your beard.
Get some Shea butter (a brick of it) rub it in you beard and comb it thru with a small comb.
Keep the comb on you at all times, when your beard gets itchy don't scratch it, comb it.
Line it up once a week, trim the split ends once a month and watch it grow!.

Agreed. Never quite know with DNA, genetics, and so on. Sometimes you'll look at a family and see peoples' resemblances. Other times people look like strangers and completely opposite. Same with stuff like height too, etc. One of the funniest was a friend of the family ... parents were 5'0" and 5'3" ... their son was pushing 6'8".

Yep, my paternal grandfather was 6'5. My maternal grandfather was 6'3.On my dad's side, none of the sons is over 6'0" and only two grandson's (including me) are over 6'3".
On my mom's side, only one son (the baby) is over 6'0" AND I am the only grandson over 6'0" @ 6'6".
It's like all the tall DNA fell into my conception. Fam, the sh!t is craaaaaaaaazy.
