@@@Official Cavs thread 2014-2015@@@

It's crazy how much often this is happening this year

8:55 CLE - LeBron James misses layup

At one point last year this Pelican team had

Evans
Davis
Anderson
Gordon
Holiday

all hurt at the same time. That shit was crazy

Let's see what happens now the king is sitting

11:30 CLE - Kyrie Irving enters the game for LeBron James 81-85

Damn Kevin love shot three straight 3's 2/3

As I was typing

8:42 CLE - Kevin Love makes 25-foot three point jumper (Tristan Thompson assists) 85-94
8:45 CLE - Tristan Thompson offensive rebound 85-91

CLE - Kyrie Irving makes 23-foot three point jumper (LeBron James assists 9th) 95-101
5:09 NO - Anthony Davis makes dunk (Ryan Anderson assists) 95-98
5:15 CLE - LeBron James bad pass (Anthony Davis steals) 93-98
5:20 CLE - LeBron James defensive rebound(10) 93-98

3:29 CLE - Kevin Love makes 24-foot three point jumper (LeBron James assists) 99-104

Lebron flirting with a triple double. Team defense is terrible as expected, but their offense is once again where it should be....

Triple double

2:26 CLE - Kyrie Irving makes 25-foot three point jumper (LeBron James assists) 99-110

No, I missed the fall. I knew he was playing at crunch time last game. The reason I said supposedly is Dion has proven in the past he will sit for the slightest of reasons if he isn't starting.

That fall was vicious bruh. Everybody knew he was gonna feel that once the adrenaline wore off.

Some thing I'm observing and they actually spoke about it on NBATV last night.... l
Love's rebounding numbers are down, and he's spending more time sitting at the 3 point line spotting up. May be some credence to what Bosh said about playing with LeBron, because Love does appear to be turning into Bosh over his 4 years with LeBron in Miami. That will definitely come to haunt them as the seasons/playoffs progress because you take away Love's real strength and he's not as athletic or the defender Bosh is so he basically becomes a better version of Matt Bonner a few years ago.

Just like Jordan's deficiencies as a teammate came out after his career was done, maybe one of LeBron's legacies will be how no superstar PF could really play with him during his prime years....

People say love is better than Bosh lmaooo

As you can see that is clearly not the case, Bosh adapted his game for the greater good and got 2 rings out of it.. Now he's top dawg and them double double are plenty.. A nightmare match up at the 4/5 because now he's burning that 3 with ease and getting dirty in the paint..

Also u notice when love gets 10 plus Rebs bron's Rebs go down and assist... Cavs usually lose those games

This thread is pure comedy!

I’m just out here working hard every single day, just trying to be the best poster I can be....

Man them cats ain't that far apart...

It's about schemes...

Love have missed some pretty fucking wide open look over the six games so far.

He's rebounding will take a small dip...
Marion rebounds well
Lebron rebounds well
Thompson rebounds well
Andy rebounds well
Shit Kyrie rebounds solidly @ the pg slot

Comparing Bosh and Love is really comparing oranges and apples. Bosh is DEFINITELY more versatile, and he's showing he's still elite with how he's balling out this season. Still too early to see if Love can adapt since it's only what 6 games in to the season, but he may not have a 4 year run if made to play this style all season. No way he stays and no way they offer him max to be a big ass Steve Kerr. Right now though, Bosh is head and shoulders above him in terms of productivity and having a rookie coach won't help because I don't think he has the experience on this stage to make the adjustments. Cleveland is no better than 3rd or 4th best team in the east right now.

Love isn't be played to his strengths though and it's definitely impacting them. The break would be so much better with his consistent outlet passes etc, more so than uncle drew dribbling and 'creating' when he's looking to shoot all the time.

Uncle Drew haven't been showing up lately bro...

He had a few appearance but not continuously. He's picking his spots, kinda like his becoming the force we knew he could be.
I must say this only been over the last two games. Is this progress absolutely...will it last I would think so...

Bosh is going back to an area and system where he's been before...

Love going into a completely difference system, coach and teammates.
(The coach is trying to tweak out his scheme and rotations, so it will take time)

Like I say, if he can get to 50% on those wide open looks, they will be tough.

Official Cavs thread but Heat fans take over and want to compare and contrast .....
