I think this episode was the turning point of the season. Linn knows that Jax has been the one fucking him and why, and Juice is at a crossroads now that Gemma tried to kill him. The interesting quote from this episode was when Linn said "what the fuck just happened?" when the SWAT team swooped in and saved his gang from extinction.
Its going to be interesting to see how things play out the rest of the season and how the truth finally comes out.

Considering Juice held him hostage, she could easily play the "Juice got desperate and tried to attack me" card and Unser's whipped ass would accept it. She could also kill Juice and tell Jax the same story: he broke into Wendy's apartment and tried to hide out, but they got the drop on him and had to squeeze when he made a move for her gun. I think she made that decision (to kill him) after she came back to the room and saw that he shoot the dude. She had that look on her face that said "what should I do with him?"
Because remember, the original plan was for her an Uncer to take him, but Uncer stayed back to help clean up the body. The plan to kill him just came to her, it wasn't something she was plotting.

The moment juice responded to something she said with, "no, WE did this", leading uncer to ask her what he meant by that, is the moment she decided he had to go. He was the only one who could tie her to taras murder and he was unraveling.

Again I don't think she planned on killing him, she felt some sort of loyalty since he protected her, but she's about herself first and foremost. So once he cracks there's a possibility of her being exposed, so she HAS to kill him.
He's too unpredictable when he gets like that.

1. Unser knows Juice. The biggest threat Juice is to anyone is himself. Gemma helps him this whole time, Unser finds out and not only doesn't he get killed, but he helps Juice meet with Chibs and only NOW he gets desperate and tries to kill Jax's MOTHER?!

She could EASILY kill him and tell Jax (instead of Unser) that he came by looking for help and things got out of hand when she refused. Charming is clearly filled with places to dump bodies, since they dump bodies EVERY episode.

The question about Wendy's place is- how does he even know it exists? We know he's there because Gemma stashed him there. But if she has a story about going there and finding him the first plot hole is how does he even know about it? It's not her old place.
