You have nice pockets of different cultures however they don't mix with each other, Queens has it's own chinatown strip where all the signs in Mandarin and then further down a Russian area with same shit but don't no one want to be on that busy as street. There no mixing of people like in BK, we just had Afro PUNK and Spike Lee MJ tribute and something else all in same weekend with events at Barclays and all that.
