It's funny how the cops can violate peoples constitutional rights, but there's of having a speedy trial will be left in tact. They have to start the trial within a certain period of pressing charges. So they have to make sure they have all the evidence and will be ready to go to trial.
I want them to do this, because these policemen just won't be the average person. Look how much money is being raised for the cop in Ferguson. Plus it will be a high profile case, so they'll get a damn good defense attorney, because they want that spotlight. So it will be like going after someone rich. Look how Zimmerman didn't get the average ambulance chaser and look at the results.

Still need psych evaluations, better training, steroid testing, collar mounted cameras, zero tolerance policies for tampering with camera or failure to upload/record citizen interaction, civilian review counsel to review police brutality and excessive force cases....
