Police just executed an unarmed 17 yr old brotha (shot 10 times)

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

He was unarmed...but if he was charging at a police officer that had his gun drawn, what do you expect to happen?

Now of course...if the officer is lying about Mike charging at him and he shot him in the head and killed him like he did, that is of course out of line and the officer should face charges...

Audio at about 7:18-7:19- "AND THEN DUDE STARTED RUNNING, KEPT COMING TOWARDS THE POLICE."

there is no evidence to dispute the witnesses statements except for your anonymous videographer.

I just watched Badens press conference and he doesn't dispute the witnesses withers

And if Brown was charging unarmed that doesn't justify shooting him....

The cops statement came after 7 days of being lawyered and still isn't from him so it can't be verified used or cross examined.

With the witness testimony he should have already been charged and let the system run its course.

There is enough to charge anybody...

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

Shoot him in the leg. You can't charge with one leg.

If he is unarmed then non lethal force is what can be used.

tazer

night stick

pepper spray

you cannot face non lethal force with lethal force..

and there is no sign of struggle so this him charging is just hypothetical

It's possible that the officer could have stopped him charging (if that's what occurred) without killing him....but all I'm saying is that if what the guy in the tape is saying is accurate...then that throws out the current perspective most have on this case out the window.

They said he got shot in the back. They were wrong. The friend said the officer was choking him...no evidence of that.

And if Brown was charging unarmed that doesn't justify shooting him....

Charging at an officer with his gun drawn is an immediate threat to the officer's safety... what the heck are you talking about

Any questions

Watch the video...the cat that helped baden do the autopsy said it was consistent that the graze wound to the arm could have been the shot that caused the jerking motion the witness said

Charging is not lethal force and why was his gun out ?....why did he pull his gun on an unarmed fleeing person

I'm watching it, he said that the graze on the arm could have come from the arm being in multiple positions... he said the arm is very mobile and "we don't know"

:hmm:  Officers only pull out there gun when they see you have a gun? Are you being serious? A 6'4 300 pound person charging at you while you have your gun drawn is an immediate threat

You got your gun out and a 6'4 300 pound dude is charging at you... are you going to run? You are going to wait until he comes and wrestles the gun away from you?

This situation probably turn uglier pretty soon...

CNN showed some video of looting a convenience store... those looters were rather light-skinned

they even said during an interview that only 2 of the looters arrested the last couple of nights were even from the state of Missouri :smh:

Look people

the police are saying that they can keep it moving and protest...

but they can't stand there.

So you can keep it moving for justice

but they don't want you to simply stand up.

Pay attention.

CNN is airing something from a woman who called into a radio station who only identified herself as a 'friend' and is insinuating that the officer felt that mike brown was on something and that he was being charged...

pay attention.

one lady was tired and could not walk any more. she wanted to take a break and rest. the police told her that she had to keep moving. she said no, she just needed to take a break, she was not feeling well. the cops yelled at her and arrested her...according to a clergy woman's eyewitness testimony on MSNBC.

sometimes, everyone cannot keep it movin'..... :smh:

Lawyer just ethered the chick on cnn.... saying how would mike brown taunt the officer to "shoot him" if he already had been shot at the police car! They say mike turned around after running away and said "what you gonna do shot me?"

BUT WHY WOULD HE DO THAT HE HAD ALREADY BEEN SHOT!

Yup. and they said 1 warning tonight and then you go to jail. Planting the seeds already.

My wife just sent me a message that says there's a third camera angle that shows Mike actually paid for the cigars but the clerk didn't want to sell then because Mike had no ID.

Has anyone else seen this? I'm looking for a link now.....

then his potna should have passed that info on to his legal team.

and the store clerk could have said what really went down also.....he left the money on the counter, but he did not have any ID.

Nelly is on CNN now.

he announced that he had conversations with the family.

and he is working with other entertainers/athletes/celebs to set up a scholarship fund to help others out in the area to let them know that "they have a choice."

As I'm searching for this info what I'm seeing is the same video that's already been posted but the video starts with Mike's hands behind his back, then he hands something to the cashier and the rellos to his boy behind him. Then his boy puts them back on the counter.

Now this is halfway making sense

Mike paid for the rellos, handed them to his boy, then the clerk started tripping like I NEED SOME ID and his boy just put the things back on the counter because he figured they weren't getting them. Then Mike said FUCK IT YOU GOT MY MONEY I'M TAKING MY RELLOS and grabbed some n left. Clerk comes from around the counter because he possibly sold tobacco to a minor, which could cost him but mike pushes him out the way. That would also explain why the clerk didn't call to report a robbery. If he reports it and it's proven that Mike was a minor, he gets ticketed as well.

I know it's just speculation but these things could have possibly happened. I mean if they can speculate that mike broke out on all fours like an animal charging at an armed policeman, then I can assume this happened as well

I’m just out here working hard every single day, just trying to be the best poster I can be....

thats exactly right....he said that it could have been what the witness said or the arm being raised or many things because the arm is flexible,,,We don't know doesn't discount though...

if it was a definite no they would have said so

When the person is clearly unarmed you don't go to lethal force first.

Officers pull their gun without seeing agun because at that point they don't know if you are armed.

they walk up to your car with their hand on the gun not with the gun drawn..

and if he was scared of 6'4 300 pounds he would not have stopped to harrass them for walking in the street..

you keep on making up scenarios that don't make sense

They couldn't definitely say yes or no because the arm can move all around the place... I don't know how it really helps either side.

Don't bother. These are the same dudes that ask why cops don't shoot knives out of people's hands like spaghetti westerns. You're taking this debate a little too seriously no one is going to agree you even if your argument is airtight (it isn't ). Ultimately people are going to believe whatever truth is convenient for them.

My truth is mike wasn't some super thug but he wasn't a great kid either. Mike didn't steal those cigarettes
He robbedthe store. Mike didn't even run when the store owner confronted him. He nonchalantly roughed up the store owner and even confronted him again instead of walking out. His whole demeanor implies that this behavior wasn't new to him. His behavior also portrays him as a the kind of kid who has a lack of respect for authority. The kind of kid that would tell a cop to fuck off if he was told to walk on the sidewalk instead of the street.

Ultimately the cop is at fault. Mike was unarmed and several yards away. The officer should have controlled his fear or anger, whichever irrational emotion motivated his actions.

I don't believe Mike was a good kid and it turns my stomach to see our community defending criminals. However it is necessary, who knows if one day some officer will feel that it is alright to kill you because you made them scared or mad.

According to him, Mike just assaulted him. He's going to approach a 6'4 dude that just assaulted him with a night stick

I can see if we were in Europe or something where police don't carry guns, but if Mike was charging at him, him getting shot seems pretty standard. However, I can agree that the officer did overkill and should have shot to wound instead of kill, but that's another debate.

If I assaulted an officer and then later bumrushed him when his gun was drawn... I will take whatever comes to me.

Re: Mike Brown Deserved to Die? Shortly after shooting, Witness backs officer story F

They couldn't definitely say yes or no because the arm can move all around the place... I don't know how it really helps either side.

what it does it eliminates that what the witness said was a lie or wrong because they cannot say..

just like he said that Brown could have been 30 feet away as witnesses have said..

although not eliminating other scenarios his report is consistent with witness statements.
