Why did this person say minutes after the even that Mike started coming at the officer? Why did mike rob the store? Why did Mike assault the officer? Mike made a series of terrible decisions that day.

Ok I listened to it again and he does say Brown doubled back. I wonder if he had his hands up like the other people say he did. if that was the case maybe the double back was when he turned to surrender. But if he turned and ran towards the cop then its easy to see why he was shot. (Although he could have been tased instead)

Again...in that same video. A person states that they said he had his hands up and everything. That's is what the witnesses have stated. So that is fresh testimony that was corroborated. Whether it was that day or days later. Two minutes or 72 hours later. What we do know is that there has been no release of information from officer involved in this matter.

No matter what he took from the store the kid didn't deserve to get murdered. That wasn't self defense OP. He murdered a kid. I don't care if he had the whole store on his back walking down the street. He was giving up. The cop shot him.
