You know her well enough to recognize her husband means you know her/of her enough. If that was one of my sorors I would say something whether I know her that well or not. I would say it in the most respectful, non judgmental way ever as you don't know their circumstances. Let her know privately, don't discuss it with any other sorors and let her know that you wont be discussing it with anyone else. It is simply an fyi and she can do what she will or nothing at all. Make sure you don't get all awkward about it either. I would NOT d it over the phone, text or email either.
