Tomorrow is Chest day so I'm going in ... I'm doing all 7 on each side
except I'm using 5lb plates on each side.

Same concept, just scale it according to your capabilities. 7, 25lbs plates on each side of the bar175*2=350+Bar=395 four reps per set then strip down 2 plates and double the reps and so fourth. Can we have a beginner program.

That last set is 128 reps at 145 pounds...
But still, doing that after doing all those other sets....

My muscle endurance is a work in progress
I can one rep something 1 to 5 times with damn near anybody in the gym but I ain't hitting nothing 128 or 64 times

ya I can I see myself starting @ 1 and doubling up to 32...physically and mentally I don't see myself counting 128 reps...that shit is boring and punishing
