Just wanted to say Thanks to BGOL. No troll post

A decade ago when I joined BGOL I was living in my mother's 2 bedroom apartment. With the help and motivation from my family here on BGOL I graduated from College. I bought my first home then decided to go for my Masters which I obtained.

I've since started a web company, created apps and have bought 5 investment properties. I live downtown in a quaint brownstone with roof top deck...and I own it.


Point is, BGOL has such a positive impact on me, kept me from the abyss of depression and has allowed me to progress in life. I got love for this board. I just closed on a property today and a lot of the tips I used to close the deal have come from here.

I owe everyone on here in some way. All I could do is say thanks and drop a jewel here and there.
