Yes. One more than one occasion. Da last one being 2 years ago during a bout of sleep paralysis.
Twice about 14 years ago
Saw them a lot when I was growing up. They are the jinn, if you are quick enough you can see them from the corner of your eye.
They normally appear near bathrooms and in the kitchen area of your house.
That why it is important to keep your place clean and not leave food out for too long because if you eat from them you get disease

Most energies you see like this aren't dead people or non-humanoid. Sometimes they are people who are alive and well that have projected themselves during sleep or deep meditation. I keep telling people that consciousness is more plural than singular. We often see our own ghosts

Every time I've experienced the shadow entities it was during sleep paralysis. Its a very alarming event that can leave you shook if you aren't mentally prepared. I've always wondered if its just a product of my subconscious and the chemicals released during REM sleep fucking with me or is it something more. Either way its a very dubious event

You can fight them in your sleep. Most of the malevolent ones are much much weaker than we are, they are allergic to spiritual combat. If you know that you are god and use you power chakra to "swing" at them like throwing punches they will cower. I've never seen one head on, only out ther corners of my eyes. I've fucked them up many times in my sleep tho, you gotta fight like hell to get outta that sleep

Everytime I saw one it was definitely on some "I'm trying to scare the shit outta you" type shit. There were several times it lunged towards my bed damn near forcing my body awake. For some reason it doesn't happen anymore. Mainly happend during my early teens.

A friend of mines evicted a Haitian woman from their basement apartment. A few weeks later they started seeing entities throughout the house.
They had ran a daycare in the house during the day and the children started saying they kept seeing some man.
After a few months of scares they ended up having to employ a spiritual advisor to get the house cleansed.
To this day I still fuck with them, when I go over to the house I tell em I saw something. The look on their face is priceless
