I see that a lot and I say to myself "Damn these are some brave white people to be walking around and riding their bikes through that neighborhood." Then "Lo and Behold" a year to 2 yrs later they have occupied 20 to 30% of that community and steadily rising.
Oft times I wonder if these early bird residents are getting bargain basement leases or mortgages for their bravery.
