It goes back to what you said before. Riley knew this offseason would be coming for 4 years and did 0.00% planning for it. That opened the door just a crack and Cleveland is trying to slip in.
If Riley had his shit together, i think it's no question LeBron goes back to the Heat. But to be this unprepared?
Riley better pull something out of his hat in the next day or it might be over.
This is what it comes down to right here. There was never anything like the 'decision' before. There was never anything like the 'letter' before. I don't think we will see either ever repeated by any other player or owner. Both were mistakes. Lebron and Gilbert can easily reconcile and move forward.
This is the perfect time for Lebron to come back to northeast Ohio. Young talent and an owner who will spend more than any other owner besides the Russian.
