I think have the silver goal will open up the 15 min periods. a lot of time teams just stay back, don't really push and settle for seeing how penalties turn out

Two 15 minutes would guaranteed that both teams would be affected equally because both teams would play both ends of the field.

Ok... most unpredictable might be a better way to word it. It's not that the play has been extremely good, but the ending have just been EPIC. I've never seen so many matches decided with just a couple of minutes left, extra time, or penalty kicks.
