The Heat need to step thing up and start cutting to the rim instead of hanging around the perimeter waiting for the ball to come to them.. Everytime they did this they played well, unfortunately they usually wait until late in the game to do this..
On defense they need to stop making the senseless rotation, on that last play they had Birdman up to switching off, for no reason at all on Manu, sometimes they have to stop being fancy and play old school man on man stick the guy you are defending...

They hitting all those shots because theyre passing the ball and finding good spots. The Bulls got shit offense, but thats how they stayed in games. Passed the ball a lot and knocked the opossing defense off their game
