Nah... motherfuckers who think this shit will be a cake walk are not too bright! They been at this shit too long! Miami will have to earn this 3-peat bruh, Spurs aren't going to give it to them...

It is one game, somebody has to win 3 more....

Yeah, this will be a long series. These two games could have gone either way.

Re: ~~2013-2014 NBA Finals Miami Heat Vs San Antiono Spurs~~

A few thoughts:

Spurs either think they just need to split in Miami to get home court advantage back. Or they think they're a fluke
leg cramp away from being down two down.huge distinction

Manu plays for the Heat

Wade needs to take a big pay cut. He misses 30 games a year and is clearly seen better days

I'm starting to think Pop is over rated

No player over the last 3 seasons has delivered more clutch performance than lebron

That's it! They are still to games to be played in MIA. We can start talking about series being done if the Spurs lose games 3 and 4.

I understand, but same thing last year bro and the Spurs had a chance in game 6.

Winning home games in the finals are smoking mirrors. We have to look at winning games period. If the Heat lose game 3 or 4, then game 5 in is SA. In my opinion, it's last year all over again. This time who is going to be on the deciding factor of game 6? Spurs or Heat?

I can't see either team winning three in a row.

Re: ~~2013-2014 NBA Finals Miami Heat Vs San Antiono Spurs~~

For the spurs?

Parker, Mills, Green, Duncan, Diaw for that possession on the offensive end the one where they were down 2

Im sure you see all types of problems with that lineup same way I do.

Only Parker can create something off the dribble, thats dangerous against Heat defensive speed.

Also if you go back on D without subbing, you are screwed either Parker and Mills guarding Wade.

Nah, Id rather have Manu in the lineup, risks and all.

it's all offensive possession i didn't say for an extended period of time.

The x-factor.

Use to be Chalmers, but it has switched to Lewis.

He and Bosh should be free on those 1-3 screens, so both should have decent numbers, depending on how S.A. plays it but so far the been packing the paint with their smaller guys, yet only LeBron and occasionally Bosh has exioted it.. I woulg like to see Bosh involved with more high pick and roll action, causing him to either cut hard or set up for the three.

Lebron shoots 64% from the field mostly jump shots. How is his game still questioned? How is Skip Bayless able to make a living questioning his game?

I can't see either team winning three in a row.

I can see the Heat winning the next two at home, especially if they make the right adjustments and turn things up a notch in a home floor that they don't have to worry about the A.C.
Last game you could see that Spo was still a bit concerned about LeBron stamina and rested a bit more, the next two games I expect for them to take a much more aggressive approach, and if this happens, they have a good chance of winning three straight.

Re: ~~2013-2014 NBA Finals Miami Heat Vs San Antiono Spurs~~

Where are the Tony Parker memes with the Frenchman laid out on the floor?

The spurs should have kept feeding ducan the ball and get bosh in foul trouble. Ducan walked out pissed off BC they didn't feed him the ball in the second half he scored off of offensive rebounds.

At this point of career Duncan isn't a high volume scorer.. I think if he were to scre 35 he may go for 14 the next two games.. For them Green, Leonard, ever Splinter are going to have to step up when the Spurs big three slow down , late in games.

White folks do not have the burden of having to make sense or even be credible. They can be wrong a million times in a row and dumb assad will still go to them for advice, wall street and fox news proves that every day.

Man y'all tripping. I heard some other dudes say this shit earlier. Pop is overrated? He's too loyal to Manu. He trusts Manu far more than I ever would but at the same time Manu has bailed him out so I guess he feels indebted to him.

But let's don't kid ourselves. Pop got to this point because of his coaching and how handled the Spurs. This dude wins games when he sits Duncan and Parker.

What is this about the AC? I don't understand why you guys don't see that there are two evenly matched teams playing? Before Lebron went out last game it was a close game. Today the Spurs lose by 2. These are the 2 best teams in basketball. Whoever wins that night deserves it. Ain't no fluke shit needed for either team to win.

Man Lebron just went on one of the great runs in Finals history and his team won by 2. These teams are evenly matched.

They won by 5,, that 3 by Manu aim mean shit make or miss

Ok, they won by five. With LeBron shooting what 80% seems like in the second half?

Teams are evenly matched. Should be a great series with each game coming down to a play here or there deciding it. I just hope the rest of the games are this good.

Exactly. Dudes talking wreckless. I've seen enough from 2 games to see both of these teams play each other well. These are the 2 best teams in the NBA and i'm glad both ended up getting back here as opposed to some other teams because I don't think we get this brand of basketball from two other teams.

That's what's killing me the most. I was watching the post game and they were running down all the fucked up shit the Spurs did. They did this, they did that...you would've thought they lost by 20.

Its a even ass series and its about time because I thought we got the best 1st round of basketball in a long time just to get some shitty ass basketball afterwards.

Nobody is listening the heat are the best team in the league in situational basketball with 5 mins or less in the 4th quarter

This is a fact

Yessir. This is going to have to carry us until football season, so I hope it goes seven good games...

The best does not equal perfect. You lost games to Indiana in the last five minutes and the Pacers are full on frauds.

His game is only questioned by people like skip bayless that's it. why focus on the minority?

A few things to co.nsider though in this case, 1- the Spurs don't play as well on the road, as of late, they been day and night vs OKC.
2- The Heat are almost unbeatable this year in the playoffs at home..
3- The Spurs are lucky not to be down 0-2 going to Miami, and the Heat knows it, so they are going to be cranked up..
4- The Heat tend to play better the deeper the series get, winning 3 of 4 vs this same Spurs team. They do more adjustments than most teams..
5- During close games in the playoffs LeBron has been golden S.A. can't play games close with LeBron in the game and feel they are in good shape.

in the regular season.. that's a distinction that needs to be made.

bosh beat the spurs by himself in the regular season.

you just know the stupid play is coming and he rides with him.

even on the last play design.. how do you get the ball to him? he did exactly as expected.. tried to post up got stuck then passed to a passer then got the ball back and shot and made the 3

as time ran out...

Statistically they are and their body was work speak for itself

Why mention the pacers? Heat stay washing them up in those situations

I agreed they are the best. That doesn't mean you're perfect. You can be the best free throw shooter in the league and miss one to lose a game.

And Miami is the best at it, but the Spurs aren't far behind.

I need to see him post-duncan now.

They probably win a title last year if he just leaves his
best rebounder in at the end of game 6.

And Manu is killing the spurs again at the end of finals games. At what point does Pop reel him in?

Edit. To be clear I'm not saying he isn't a good coach. I'm just questioning if he's good enough to have major
success without Duncan
