- Tommen continues to be a better king than his brother EVER could have been. He might be the best thing that has happened for the seven kingdoms since Aegon flew over on his dragon.
- So was that Daenerys' way of saying fuck a bunch of Westero, I'm just going to rule here .... I sure hope it was.
- Arya's hit list continues to grow .... Thoros of Myr  .... I actually like that guy.
- Speaking of Arya, she might want to take Needle to the nearest armory and get it sharpened, immediately!
- I can't tell if Cersei is serious about doing right by the family, or if she just wants to see Tyrion hang and she's trying to getting Tywin on her side.
- Lysa Arryn is bat shit crazy :smh:
- No Seriously, Lysa is nuttier than squirrel shit.
- Little finger out here in the seven kingdom teaching dudes that ole Clay Davis philosophy .... motherfuckers out here thinking short, when they ought to be thinking long.
- Fucking a sibling is a no no, but marrying your son to his 1st cousin is cool .... good to know Lady Arryn :hmm:
- I'm actually starting to feel bad for Sansa. She can't catch a break.
- Podric was an awesome squire for someone in King's Landing but he fucking sucks out in the field
- That last battle was intense, but I thought it would have been better if they showed Craster's daugther/wives grabbing knives and swords, and cutting the rapers up.
- Am I only one wondering why Brandon and the other dude didn't both jump into the Dire Wolves bodies and start wrecking havoc. They know Summer is there and I'm pretty sure they saw Ghost last week, so why not. Two big ass Dire Wolves and two people who can go into the minds of animals .... how did no one think of this?

What The Flick?!
Game of Thrones Season 4 Episode 5 'First of His Name' Discussion and Review (S4E5)

The scene where Tywin broke down the banking system was on point . That's what's everything is about

"And that's what the Iron Bank is a temple. We all live in it's shadow and almost none of us know it. You can't run from them, you can't cheat them, you can't sway them with excuses. If you owe them money you don't want to crumble yourself. You pay it back"

Yeah man. For the first time in the entire show Tywin was LEGIT SHOOK at the idea of the Iron Bank coming for some Lannister ass.

if they had jumped into the direwolves, jon would've recognized bran's wolf and would know something was up and bran had to be close by. remember he still thinks bran and rickon are dead and i highly doubt that he would think it a coincidence that bran's wolf is so far north by himself. bran had to make a choice between jon taking him to castle black or going to see the 3 eyed crow.

Even before Jon got there. Bran and the two siblings had been there for at least a full day before Jon and the Watch got there. And Bran knew from the jumped that there were two Dire Wolves there. How is that not option number one. And I'm not just talking about in this one situation. If you could jump into the mind of giant fucking wolf, how is that not the number one option FOR EVERY PROBLEM.

Or how about this, why doesn't he just be Hodor. Seeing Hodor's strength, why would you go back to your regular broken body with legs that don't work. Hodor ain't using his mind so fuck it
If I was Bran I would just take his shit over and stay there.

Kind of like the I.R.S you can't run from them if you owe them you better pay before they make you crumble realtalk

I think they were trying to make an even bigger point . The Lannisters represent the US govt and even though they are the most powerful empire in the known world they still answer to the international bankers(the federal reserve) which is the Iron Bank and they need their loans to fund the wars they fight. To me that's what is fascinating about this show, it mirrors our society both past and present

Direwolves aren't invincible. If the rebels teamed up to catch jon's wolf, what makes you think they couldn't team up and kill brain's wolf? Also bran can't inhabit a human for too long.

I don't think it was the dude that cut Jaimie's hands off I think it was the guy that Roose Bolton sent to find bran after theon told him what up
Are youeven watching the show?

Not saying that they're invincible, but why not try.

And I know that they said that regular wargs(sp) can't possess human bodies for a prolong period of time, but Bran clearly isn't a regular warg.
If anyone is going to master new abilities as a warg, it would be Bran. He should be pushing his boundaries and testing the limits of his abilities.
