If this were true and any of those mobsters went to trial then this would have been known then and there and they would have had to put Sharpton in Witness Protection.

I think this is more of the DOJ keeping Sharpton in line. You think the GOP is scared of Al Sharpton? I can tell you, in good authority, the GOP is more worried about the militant gays. I think we all need to be more focus on that to be honest.
