{~~~Guns, Guns and Mo' Guns - The Right To Keep And Bear Arms~~~}

I got rid of some of my toys, currently I have .223, .308, .416, 9mm, 40, .45, and 12 (1 1/2, 2 3/4, and 3). saying that I am in the processes of building a 6.5 Grendel, for mid distance. I sold my Kriss, PS90, m11, 930spx, fn spr w/pr tactical 3x9 leo, Springfield socom, and the g21 (it was told crude for my taste and it was the partner for the kriss.

After the recent job, I am more focused on optics now. After the last contract, I got my a USO and I have to SAY I LOVE IT. It is a the "cat's meow" over my aimpoint (and I have the good one). The if you can get your hands on a USO, please please check it out!!!!!!!!. I have to be honest, I am looking at the Nightforce "BEAST" for the future Grendel.

I know some people are not into competing, but don't forget the trigger. On my last trip south I brought my le901 w/ a mark 4 (3.5x15) along, I recently added a "the big "G" trigger to it. It was easy to engage, track, and great on the follow up shots.

BTW, the next time I am going south for a job, I will get me a PredtorORB (.308). Larue is not the best, but they have GREAT customer service and they are located by Austin.

You sold a lot, olly.

Kriss, PS90, and the SOCOM?!

You still got the SCAR I guess.

Olly, you prefer 223 over 5.56?

How much them contracts pay?

Currently I use the following:

9mm
.40 S&W
.45 ACP
5.56

For SHTF I keep a weapon capable of utilizing NATO ammo.

Currently in my safe
9mm
.32 ACP
.45ACP
.300 Blackout
.223/5.56
.40S&W
.357 magnum
.50 Beowulf
5.7 x 28mm
7.62x39
7.62 Nagant
.22LR
12 Gauge
:smh:

yeap, I still have the trusty old scar, but I am putting a super scar trigger on it. The Tavor is a great disappointment, but I think it is a great platform to build on. Like a fool, I put the $700 aimpoint on it, thinking about the 1-8c on it for giggles.

for 8 days I made over 12k after completion. There are a lot of opportunities in the security field. South America is a gold mine, Japanese always not brave people. lol The other guys that were active close support made more, but they are very bad ass (we even have member of the dreaded night wolves on the team). Russia is a hard hard hard country. One can't depend on that income, because we only get those huge gigs, 2-4 times a year. It just supplement my income to buy ammo, barrels, and other bullshit. Fucking X-legionnaires and Russians are fucking up the game (but they mostly do close support)

Larue is calling me lol

This is me.... every gun show, even if only for 45 min, enough time to check out all the vendors.

Is there a such thing as TOO MANY GUNS?
If so, what's too many for you?

Thinking about getting the Springfield xdm compact in .40 anyone have any opinions?

Only issue with the m&p is I'm giving up magazine capacity. 11 RDS for xdm and only 7rds for the m&p

Actually the shield has an 8 round mag as well....and if you're proficient with it, 3 rounds aren't going to make or break you. Compacts are up close and personal self protection weapons, chances are you aren't going to be firing 11 rounds in a self defense situation.

I'll give you one guess as to what I had before I got this :lol::lol::lol:

top is a le901 with a M4 leo (4.5x15 50) .308 of course (why just shoot the window, fuck kill the car (lol) Yes, that is a USO 1x8c (it is better than a 4k led) then the little jeep gun (Tavor w/ the aimpoint) planning to get the big G trigger (when it comes out) for the Tavor. the case for the jeep gun is a larue discrete case (when I want to go to the mall) lol

olly wussup with the Sauer 101?

I made a thread about it have you seen it?

sorry I must missed it, BUT nothing like a SIG on the waist!!!! I think we all know that I am a huge arms snob. My bedroom "last defense" weapon is a SIG (226). They are great weapons, the only reason I want an HK is to have some EU (prestige) steel at the range.

yeah I have a p220....the thing is this is a long range rifle....I am wondering if anyone has fired it....but I agree with you....it has to be good if its from Sauer....

Very true..... Did you have an issue with the safety when the weapon was holstered? Some dude on YouTube said the safety was rubbing against the holster and going to the on position when he had set to off before putting it in the holster.

Please forgive me Sir for the oversight, I never fired a bolt action SIG before or seen that particular rifle up close. SIGs have a great reputation (as you know already). The Europeans makes some of the best weapons in the world (because of the cost to have a weapon in the EU). I wished I knew someone or even a website for a dependable review for a hunting rifle. Everyone I know that pays over 1k for a hunting rifle get them made from companies like mcmillanusa.com

Nah, that basically just boils down to the holster you buy. I have an alien gear inside waist band holster with no issues. I carry hot, safety off so I don't use risky holsters.

hey man, please don't buy yet! what range you looking at??? I learned a lot over the years (working and competing), the "coke glass" (optics) is more important than the weapon (most of the times) AMMO is up there too. He is an example: For me to shoot 800 meters with my le901 (show above) it took a Leopold mark4 with the M5 turrets, at least M118LR ammo (or something close), weather meter and a know distance.

for work I use a nightforce "beast" with some uso rings and a little Arizona special (take down) .338lm. for closer work I use good ole rock rive .270 with SB in top for the glass. completion I use 6mm and a vortex hd for the glass (we got it for free). let me ask you is this for hunting or everything???? over 1200 meters or under?? and price range for total package.

It is the first of the month thinking about getting 14.5 upper w/pinned surefire brake in 5.56. The question is an LMT or a NOVESKE or the Larue. All come complete, to include bolt. No one I know has one. The reason I ask because I have the LE901 colt with a leopold Mark 4 4.5x15 glass. All my friends said it had several issues, for example charging handle, trigger, and it is a COLT. I been shooting it (sighting in the glass). out of 60 rounds I been shooting everything within a 1 inch diameter, at 100 to 200 meters. The colt is a GREAT short to mid-distance support weapon, with a common round.

So do anyone had any experience with above mention product. Now I am thinking about JP enterprise's uppers now. lol
