um first the NSA's job is to work within the US borders primarily, though they are probably plenty active outside of the US
second keepin an eye on putin would be a job for the CIA or the 14 other spy agencies that the US is confirmed to have
third whats happening in Crimea has almost nothing to do with any regular people, russian or american.

I don't think it is coincidence that Snowden so happened to run to Russia and Putin then invaded Crimea. Everyone knows Putin was slowly trying to put back mother Russia together....but something is making him move quickly now. That something maybe the intel that Snowden hand deliver to Putin.

I have said all along to have this shared crakka outrage since the government has been spying in our community for decades as well as planting and falisfying evidence.
But since white boy Snowden showed them crakkas getting spied on now its an outrage..
what corruption? The NSA has been monitoring and screening all electronic communications to and from foreign countries since the days of Ma Bell, so has every NATO country, USSR / Russia, China,etc... and everyone with a little awareness or common sense KNEW the internet has been HEAVILY monitored on a global scale since 9/11. so Snowden didn't really reveal shit except to a bunch of people with their heads in the sand(most Americans).
As for the spying on foreign leaders??? that was a hoodwink... everyone spies on everyone else, Israel spies on the US as much as we spy on France and the UK - the only real surprise to the NATO countries and Brazil is how consistently good the NSA is at cracking their various encryption methods some in the 128 and 256 bit range that were believed to be uncrackable when changed periodically.
Giving up that information embarrassing to US allies - it was problem for Obama because you are not supposed to embarrass your friends...

On the other hand Ukraine was pushed further into instability by US /NATO hoping to distract Russia from intervening further with Syria and by proxy Iran... which is why Russia just floated a message as retaliation that they MIGHT sell some very serious missiles to Iran after they deliver those same missiles to Syria.

US revoked his passport, he was on his way to South America with a stop in Russia... he has temporary asylum. I think its a year. After that
