John Fox was the head coach in Carolina and Del Rio was the defensive coordinator for a year,before he became the coach of Jacksonville....

That was Jags. Sideshow probably knows better than me but I never understood why Del Rio didn't last longer there. Seemed like he had a bunch of guys overachieving over there. I never considered the Jags a playoff team personnel wise.
