Re: Sony Palystation 4... The unaimous choice for games.

Yo this dude Rick is hilarious yo.. he know ninja's is on to him and his bias foolness so now be talking bout "imma be quiet I ain't gonna say shit for a week"

When you say you hate ppl who make poor decisions you clearly are in too deep. Any body's console choice should matter to you dude.

I can't win with your bitch ass can I?..

You're sitting here like "Rick this shit means to much to you Rick... Fall back Rick.. Take a few days to cool off Rick... You're way too high on this Rick"..

Then I say cool, I'll take a step back, and let cooler heads prevail..

Then it's "Ahhhhh I told you he was biased... He got caught now he's trying to duck and hide!"

Really my nigga?.. Really?..

When some loses an argument they try to discredit who they are arguing with, oldest trick in the book. How do you know how many threads Rick is in unless you are in there too?

Not the hands that made me 6 figures last year. These hands never lie.

Can you decipher sarcasm tho?.. Since you claim to be bringing in 6 Figures, can you use some of that to buy a sense of humor, or common sense?..

this shit is hilarious... how old are you dudes? the name calling is pure comedy... none of ya'll work for Sony or Xbox so why go hard for one of the other how does it benefit you? only their pockets are getting phatter not ya'lls...dudes flipping their wigs like they're paid endorsers :lol::lol:

I can afford to purchase both, but I can't justify that purchase at the time...and the only game I purchased in the last 16 years(thanks to modded consoles) was Last of Us.

Yo for me it was GTA V.....since then I hadn t bought a game since Marvel vs. Capcom on PS1.......

But the modded games had me always up to date....

I just gave GTA V my money since Rockstar did such a good job.....

Only thing holding me back right now is the soft release of the major games....

hell only AC IV interests me the most.....I was pissed that Watch Dogs...the division and destiny has been delayed....

Yes that IS how I know cus I'm in those threads but if you notice I dont go in there to bash or hate on either system. I go in those threads to learn what both systems are offering.

For instance we saw a new titanfall game play video today and I have a whole new prospective on that game now than I had before.

So Rick doesn t do the same thing? When he can t refute facts he doesn t cry that someone is a fanboy?

C'mon man......

Don't encourage it.. It's clearly begging for attention.

So because I play my Wii U more than my X1 I'm begging for attention? Get the fuck outta here you weirdo. You don't even have a PS4 how in the hell can you offer an opinion you blind fuck. Talking about your man at gamestop... Nigga you probably work at gamestop trying to get people not buy a ps4

Re: Sony Palystation 4... The unaimous choice for games.

IMO, at the end of the day, true gamers will end up owning both consoles. Always happens that way, and also due to exclusive titles.

I know I will.

I plan to start with the ONE (by the end of the month) because of Kinect. The family loves it.

Later on this year, I'll get the PS4.

I agree....I have the order reversed...but I m not sure.....I like what the kinect is doing...I still feel as though Microsoft is underacheiving with that system though.....

I remember someone posting this game a while back but it was a PC game. It is now on the PS4 and you can download it free on PSN if you are a subscriber. I have been playing it, shit is scary as fuck. No fucking weapons, just a camcorder...:smh::smh::lol:

But I've said this before.......everyone doesn't have TIME TO PLAY EVERY GREAT GAME. I work about 70 hrs a week I can't play both systems like that. Would take me forever to finish games. PS4 is good enough for me.

Infamous: Second Son Dials Up the Action and the Drama

In video games, action and story are often conflicting forces that, for one reason or another, never seem to peak together. But in the time I spent recently with Infamous: Second Son, I was impressed both by the fluidity of its action and the authenticity of its storytelling – a rare mix in the sandbox action genre. And whether I was speeding from rooftop to rooftop amidst the flickering particles of Delsin's new neon powers or watching him have a moment with his brother Reggie, the added oomph of the PS4 kept my eyeballs tingling.

Before I'd fired off my first smoke shot, or subdued a single enemy, Second Son impressed me with its cinematic chops. My demo kicked off with a quick trailer introducing me to Abigail “Fetch” Walker, a vigilante conduit wreaking havoc on Seattle's drug dealers. Delsin and his brother Reggie manage to apprehend her, but it was left to me to decide her fate. Sure, that choice was still a disappointingly simple matter of naughty or nice, but regardless of what direction I went with, the ensuing exchange between the brothers was charged with nuance and tension. Troy Baker's predictably great voice work breathes real life into the anti-hero, imbuing him with a believable potential for either malice or morality. This duality helps bubble the many complexities of the brothers' relationship to the surface. Reggie loves his brother, but he truly doesn't know if Delsin is capable of discerning right from wrong. I already feel invested in how their story unfolds.

Depending on what I decided to do, my next mission was completely different. One had me going on an Anakin-esque tear, killing unarmed anti-conduit protestors by the dozens, and in the other, I was searching houseboats for drugs to destroy and hostages to rescue. Both missions were nicely paced and ended with an impressive climax that, sadly, I'm not allowed to discuss. But what was even more noteworthy was how it felt to control Delsin. Infamous 1 and 2 handled great, but the refined, direct nature of how our new hero responds to inputs is on another level. His animations transition so smoothly as he changes direction, and despite how quickly he moves, he feels entirely rooted to the Seattle streets he stalks.

Except of course when he's got his neon powers activated, at which point even gravity has little sway over him. In this mode, I could streak straight up the side of a building's exterior without any parkour at all. Using L2 to aim, I could even slow time and highlight the weak spots of any enemy around me to strike for maximum effectiveness. Regular attacks might not do as much damage as when using smoke powers, but the extra maneuverability and precision more than made up for it. Regardless of which power set you're using, though, you're practically guaranteed to look good while wreaking havoc.

There's an incredible amount of detail packed into every frame of Second Son, but the lighting and particle effects stand above all of them. Environmental reflections flicker off puddles of water in the street, neon projectiles pulse with an incandescent glow as they hurtle towards enemies, and all without so much as a hitch in performance. Especially in a large, fairly destructible open-world environment, that's a pretty impressive feat, and a good reason to be thankful for next-gen hardware.

Infamous is easily my favorite open-world action franchise, and Second Son looks as if it will elevate the series in almost every way. It's a little disappointing that the morality system doesn't seem to have matured as much as the rest of the story and presentational elements, but perhaps some of the other choices in the full game will be a bit more difficult to make. Regardless, Infamous: Second Son looks and plays like a dream, and I'm itching to spend more time with it.

MLB ’14: The Show Might Be PS4’s Best-Looking Game

With its graphical splendor lighting up your retinas, it’d be easy to miss all the refinements being packed into this year’s version of MLB ’14: The Show on PS4. But it would be a shame if you did, because the small handful of new features we’ve seen so far look really promising, especially if you’re a big baseball fan with a small window of free time to swing lumber with.

First up is Quick Counts, which is designed to significantly shorten at-bat times. Using pitching and batting data from the last few years, the first three pitches of every at-bat are simulated, so you take over at a key point late in the count. The folks at San Diego Studio insist this isn’t an arcade easy mode though, just a way to get straight to the pivotal moments of every pitcher/batter duel. While it does apparently affect the occurrences of Ks and walks, the resulting scores have remained in-line with real-world norms.

TV-style presentation has been a real strong point for the franchise over the last few years, but some subtle tweaking has been done here too. Lots of new conversation points have been added to the already-stellar commentary, but in those rare instances where you get dead air, the camera jumps right back to gameplay instead of lingering. The cherry on top is the new Player Lock, which allows you to assume control of a single ballplayer, and play only the plays they take part in a la Road to the Show, except you can do it any mode. All this stuff is optional of course, so you can still settle in for the fully authentic experience The Show usually delivers if you’d like, but it’s nice to know that if life is only affording you 15 minutes to play, you can still get a full game in.

These are but a few of around 50 new features and refinements you’ll see in both the PS3 and PS4 versions of MLB ‘14. Another sweet addition that fans have been clamoring for is the ability to transfer save data from year to year. While last year’s data won’t import into this year’s game, everything you achieve this time around will stay with you going forward, even if you switch from PS3 to PS4. WHat’s also impressive, is that unlike some other sports franchises, the inaugural year on a new system won’t mean taking a huge step back in content. The PS4 version of MLB ‘14 the show will have complete, 100% feature parity with its PS3 counterpart, so you’ll get the very same comprehensive baseball sim that you’ve come to expect.

Except a lot prettier. One look at these screenshots should be all the convincing you need. Every single stadium has been rebuilt from the ground up, and so has the entire lighting engine. Gone are the days of generic hair decals; some players feature thousands of individually modeled hairs. Even the crowd has seen a huge boost in detail. Each crowd member has a higher poly count than the actual players in the PS3 version, and with all that extra RAM, they’ve pushed the number of different faces from 48 to 300. By next year, they’ll have added another zero to the end of that figure. . The days of creepy families of octuplets watching as you swing for the fences are numbered.

Even with all the eye candy, San Diego Studio is still targeting native 1080P at 60fps. The dev team is still optimizing so that could change, but they feel confident they can hit it by launch day, which will be April 1st for the PS3 version, followed by a May release on PS4. Be sure to check back for more info about MLB ‘14: The Show’s new features in the coming months.

Re: Sony Palystation 4... The unaimous choice for games.

shaddy the only thing the ps4 can do that the xbox cant is one strem live while the cam is recording you on twitch i think it is called.an the dam robots in the play room...thats it now for the xbox one it can command your tv,cable,do more commands, play 2 things at one time with snap.skype in full 1080 an the best thing is the xbox fitness.man look i just got done doing the free workout an shit i feel like i left the damn gym!!! i mean workouts like isanity,p90x i mean all types of fitness workouts for all parts of your body an for females as well...i really like that part of the xbox i am tired as hell...also the cam itself is better but thats the only difference.graphics are about the same it only comes down to what the system itself does..people cry about the $100 difference but look at it like this ok.if you buy the cam for the ps4 the difference is what$40 right an for that extra $40 you get so much more in the system itself.all i am saying is the ps fanguys try it out an the xbox fanguys try the ps4 out.its a win win either way.but my xbox gets played 85% more just cause the features the one can do..

Does the PS4 have anything similar? I was given one of these yesterday, but I don't game. I don't even have an hd tv, and I think that is the only output it has. I have friends and fam trying to talk me into selling it to them, but I don't know how to price it, or if I should get an hd tv to see if I like it.

If you don't game really.. You probably won't. There's not too many games out. But later I'm sure it'll have some that may interest you. I haven't seen any fitness games yet.

But if you were to sell it.. I'd say 500. If they're your real friends... Like 430. If you have games or an extra controller. Tack that price on. Controllers are like 60 dollars!

I have the console which comes with a wireless remote plus another wireless remote. For both it's only 460+ tax, will someone really pay 500.00 when they can get it for the same price at the store? I don't think it comes with the free membership for the online games.

Re: Sony Palystation 4... The unaimous choice for games.

I have way more ps3 games than xbox 360 games. Outside of Gears of war the 360 just was never my first choice in games. I'm pretty sure the PS4 will have the same results for me. Titan fall next month then after that meh....
