The Wolf of Wall Street
The Wolf of Wall Street is the true story of Jordan Belfort a pump and dump stock market schemer who indulged
in years of excessive and extreme drug use and sexual encounters until it cost him everything.
Leonardo DiCaprio is outstanding as Jordan Belfort. He turns in an extreme performance that is hilarious and quite dramatic
towards the end of the film.Jonah Hill as Donnie Azoff Belfort's partner in crime completely immerses himself in his role
i completely forgot i was watching Jonah Hill. Margot Robbie as Naomi Lapaglia is not only a revelation but one of the
sexiest women of 2013.Rob Reiner as Max Belfort is hilarious in the film, and last but not least
Matthew McConaughey makes an all too brief but memorable appearance in the film.
The scenes of drug use and sex are beyond extreme, and there is no wonder Director Martin Scorsese was feverishly working in the editing
room, even though some say it was to get the film in theatres to gurantee it could be considered for 2013 Oscar nominations, but i
think it was a little bit of both.
Scorsese proves he's still a master of Direction,by getting the best performances out of his cast, and making this 3 hour manic,3 ring circus
highly entertaining film ,feel like 2 hours.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Director Ben Stiller makes some good efforts in his direction of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, but boy oh boy does this film take its
time to get going. There are good turns by Stiller, Kristen Wiig as Cheryl Melhoff, Walter's love interest and co-worker Shirley MacLaine as Edna Mitty, Walter's mother Adam Scott as Ted Hendricks, Walter's new, jerk off boss,Patton Oswalt and Sean Penn as Sean O'Connell, a photojournalist.
I liked the films embrace life and start living message but the film is wrapped up in and bogged down by and odd stiffness
throughout its 114 minutes.
Wait for the DVD and watch on a big screen T.V to enjoy the stunning Cinematography by Stuart Dryburgh.
