This thread took me back like the Way Back machine.
I am telling you, if you were a 70's baby and an 80's kid, you were that marketing generation's dream.

3. My first computer. The Tandy TRS-80. Mom's didnt know enough to buy the "cassette tape" drive or couldnt afford it, so I programmed in basic all day and when I turned it off, all my work was lost until tommorrow.
I got one up on you, I had a Timex Sinclair 1000. Had a cassette tape to record them long ass games from the magazine I used to get to program in.
When my dad bought this for me, was like pulling teeth, was $100. Was too young to know what the hell that amount of money meant.
You wasn't a true drug dealer back then if you didn't have a Max, with the chrome strip on the sides and the rain flares over the side windows with a bra on the front, WHUT!

Aw man! Don't even GO there with the skating rinks! And I wasnt even a great skater. I could stay up on the skates and skate around the rink but that was about it.
The skating rink itself was where the real fun was at. Don't even TAKE it back to the roller rink days or even the folks who used to skate around the neighborhood all the time.
